A US military budget approaching a trillion-dollars a year, 800 US bases overseas, 4000 nuclear warhead stockpile. To maintain access to resources.

Geeze, go green. It's a whole lot cheaper. And safer for the world.

Who is insisting on the (massive) expansion of what you described? From outward appearance, Vlad is posturing as a catalyst for it
and his U.S. surrogates campaigned and bloviated with promises to accomplish the expansion.

What "expansion"?

That's the current state of affairs.

"In 2017, the U.S. military budget is 773.5 billion and
is estimated to increase in the upcoming years."
                                                        -- Wikipedia

Military expenditure is already over $1 trillion if one includes the $250 billion that is funded by other parts of the government.

  • Homeland Security
  • Cybersecurity
  • National Nuclear Security Administration

The Pentagon is cost-cutting, though; it'll save $2 billion by closing bases. I don't think Trump, Paul Ryan and the likes need prodding from "Vlad" when it comes to giving the military more.

Dr. McAdams,
I still think David Baldwin was witting and covert domestically when he returned from India in 1952 because I can find no trace of ?Mrs. Lillian Baxter,? a
Calcutta individual known to both Baldwin and his friend at the American Embassy in India, Jesse R Core III,
and because Baldwin returned from India, allegedly in disgrace and was hired by Clay Shaw at the ITM, and then Jesse, also tainted in the affair, since
an embassy counsel should not be associated with a woman suspected as a Soviet spy and described as taking classified info from Baldwin and being a prostitute,
and because none of those taints interfered with either Baldwin or Jesse covering the PR duties at the ITM from 1952 well into the 1960?s and it seemed to have no
effect on the other CIA officer who was linked to Marilou Ruggles Core, Jesse?s wife.

Who are the REAL problem, pointing readers away from reliable details more often than not? LNs or advocates for Roger Craig's credibility?
It is a difficult question to fairly respond to!

The "experimental shop" was full of lathes and generally produced prototypes. For really small production runs, the shop might have produced all the parts.

Maybe you ought to give Bugliosi a read.

Still could have gotten a visa without all the intrigue.

People in Russia who tried to help Oswald with the language said he had rudimentary skills.
