There is evidence. When a contrarian concludes there is ZERO evidence it is an assertion.

Until somebody comes up with some, there is ZERO evidence.  You certainly have not.

Cite.

The CBS interview by Eddie Barker. Officer McDonald demonstrates how Lee Oswald punched him in the face and simultaneously pulled a revolver from his waistband and attempted to fire it.

Did you actually watch the video you posted?  Where does he say that Oswald attempted to shoot him?

Silly "smarty-Marty" statement that is devoid of any substance.

I don't need to explain anything. The testimonies of Brewer and McDonald support other evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald killed Officer J.D. Tippit. Your "one-liner" replies reveal that you cannot prove Oswald is innocent of the murder of J.D. Tippit in Oak Cliff on 22 November 1963.

I don't need to explain anything.

You only want others to explain, right?

The testimonies of Brewer and McDonald support other evidence that Lee Harvey Oswald killed Officer J.D. Tippit.

No they don't.

Your "one-liner" replies reveal that you cannot prove Oswald is innocent of the murder of J.D. Tippit in Oak Cliff on 22 November 1963

Hilarious... There is the "I am right unless you can prove me wrong" crap again. Does the name Salem mean anything to you?

You denigrate the videos because statements "direct to camera" by Warren Commission witnesses are more difficult to dismiss than text.

Why don't you claim that Brewer and McDonald are liars. You have no evidence to prove that.

Oh I forgot: you consider "LOL" is evidence.

Sam Holland said on camera that at least one shot came from the picket fence on the grassy knoll where he also saw a puff of smoke.

Holland also said that the WC was wrong and that they manipulated his testimony.

Since you consider a witness saying something on video to be truthfull... What Holland says must also be true, right?

Speaking of silly...

How would Brewer and McDonald know who shot Tippit?

How would Brewer and McDonald know who shot Tippit?

Another silly question to which you know the answer.

Listen to what Brewer said to Barker in the video.

The DPD officers including McDonald regarded the man in the Texas Theater as a "suspect" in the killing of Officer Tippit.

Why don't you assert that Brewer and MacDonald are liars?

And since when is concluding that there is zero evidence for something the same as a theory?

And since when is concluding that there is zero evidence for something the same as a theory?

There is evidence. When a contrarian concludes there is ZERO evidence it is an assertion. Concluding there is ZERO evidence "implies" a theory that is intentionally unstated. For a contrarian to put forward a theory would risk silly, unsubstantiated  guesswork to be attacked as nonsense. You of all people should know that.

I did.  How does that tell you who shot Tippit?

Regarding somebody as a suspect is proof of . . . what, exactly?

Why would I need to?
