Answering questions from a news reporter isn't testimony, sorry.
The video says Brewer subsequently pointed Ozzie out. in the theater, to police.
Postal's contemporaneous affidavit says Brewer couldn't find LHO in the theater, despite looking twice..

Wesley Liebeler’s Criticism of the Warren Report
~snip~
Oswald’s Arrest
1. "At first I was surprised to learn that Johnny Calvin Brewer knew that a patrolman had been shot when Oswald walked by his place of business, less than eight blocks from the point of the Tippit killing which Oswald apparently left as fast as he could."
2. "Then I was surprised to learn that the police radio did not send out information about the suspect being in the Texas Theater until 1:45, about 30 minutes after the police first heard of the Tippit killing from Benavides over Tippit’s radio. What were Oswald and Brewer doing during this 30 minutes? Oswald was strangely inactive during this period, considering all that he had done in the 45 minutes following the assassination."

Don't be sorry. It is... "testimony".
Cambridge Dictionarytestimony: proof that something exists or is true
Mirriam-Webster Dictionary:
testimony: firsthand authentication of a fact : evidence
Wesley Liebeler had a reputation (in life after the WC) of being argumentative.
Oswald’s Arrest
1. "At first I was surprised to learn that Johnny Calvin Brewer knew that a patrolman had been shot when Oswald walked by his place of business, less than eight blocks from the point of the Tippit killing which Oswald apparently left as fast as he could."At first? What did he say later to clarify this speculation? All this statement reveals is that Liebeler did not consider the obvious possibility that Lee Oswald had hidden somewhere for 20 minutes confused about what to do next... after killing Tippit. Liebeler seemed to be unaware that people can move fast and then slow down!
Oswald was strangely inactive during this period, considering all that he had done in the 45 minutes following the assassination."Even very intelligent people like Wesley Liebeler (later was a Professor at UCLA) can become muddle-headed at times.
So Liebeler is surprised: so what? He's also confused. There was no way that Dallas Police could report the suspect being in the Texas Theater immediately after the Tippit shooting: they had no specific information as to his location. The DPD only became aware of a suspect in the Texas Theater when Julia Postal phoned at the request of Johnny Brewer. This was minutes before Lee Oswald was arrested... having attempted to shoot Officer McDonald.
There's nothing strange about Oswald being "inactive" after the Tippit shooting. Liebeler's 45minutes/30 minutes comparison as to Oswald's "doings" is a non sequitur. Different circumstances dictated different actions.
What was Brewer doing? Selling shoes or listening to the radio.
Why did you post this immaterial extract from the Warren Report? In no way does it eliminate or even diminish the witnesses (Brewer's and McDonald's) testimonies.
You're reaching "desperately" for some way to suggest that Oswald was innocent. FAIL
