I was crouching low and holding my gun in case any trouble came I wanted to be ready for it.
M.N. McDonald
For a cop ready for trouble..why didn't McDonald just go ahead and shoot Oswald if Oswald indeed pulled a gun? Supposedly..Oswald was a cop killer--ready to kill another one.
McDonald wasn't the first cop there. Why did the other cops wait for him to show up before the big move was made? Who was the mysterious tipster?
https://www.jfkassassinationforum.com/index.php/topic,2264.msg66925.html#msg66925Johnny Brewer lied. There was no announcement of a cop being killed or even shot until after Oswald had been arrested.

Again, you wrote that he stated in his affidavit/testimony about listening to KLIF. Where did he say this? I can't find it.
I'll offer - and try to find support for it - that a radio announcement of the shooting was broadcast well before 1:55.
Galbraith never did find this announcement on public radio because it doesn't exist.
