Where is Paul O'Connors HSCA interview?

Vincent Bugliosi mentions Paul O'Connors interview with the 1978 HSCA at 9 minutes in on this video:

Oddly, at 29 minutes on the below video David Lifton implies Paul O'Connor did not testify before the 1978 HSCA (maybe there is an issue with semantics here. An "interview" is different from testimony"?):

Does anyone know where this HSCA interview can be got?

David Lifton also mentions a detailed 2 hour interview he did with Paul O'Connor which was filmed. Anyone know where that video can be got?

David Lifton:

"1989: David Lifton, 2 hr detailed interview, with signed statements: In 1989, I  returned with another professional film crew, and this time we did an interview that was over an hour, perhaps two hours, in length.   Again, the same account, only in much greater detail.  Also, on that occassion, O'Connor swore out a statement--on camera--to these same facts."
