Just got contacted by a medico friend of mine who saw Trump's Florida "performance". He to.d me that he's still on the dexamethazone.....quite apparent from his "euphoric" state. Beware when he comes off it, likely a big downer.
He was, uh, " dancing" ( not very well) at the end of the rally. Shades of the Nero fiddled while Rome.." trope, in this case 215,000 dead, as unmasked ( including Governor Desantis) and tightly packed followers rejoiced.
Trump is often high on something, whether it's some stimulant ( Adderall?) or, as you suggest, a continuation of the dexamethasone, or, maybe both.
Trump's voice was described by many as " hoarse and strained", which could mean many things; perhaps, Mr Crow, you could weigh in as to what that symptom might mean.
Overall, the likelihood of many new infections as a result of this rally seems very high. Florida reported 1200 new cases yesterday, and 2500 today - surely coincidental with the reopening of bars and restaurants and a weekend of folks going out and enjoying their "freedom". Oddly - or, perhaps, not so oddly - Dr Fauci seems very concerned.
It's a sh#$show.
