Reaching out to a Trump hater is not the crime.  Wow.  That just shows bias.  I thought Roger Collins had some legal background.  The crime would be falsely stating to law enforcement that he was hacked.  If this dishonest nut lied to the FBI and falsely told them he was hacked, then that false statement is a crime.  This is not difficult to understand.
