It's not having money that is the crime.  It is how you acquire it.  President Trump was a successful businessman not a career bureaucrat on a government salary.  He was a billionaire before being elected.  The Bidens did so by peddling the "big guys" influence with American foreign policy.  What dems call "collusion" and "treason" only this time with a smoking gun.  Old Joe and Hunter have lawyers who launder this money.  Like mob bosses.  It doesn't go in their checking accounts.   LOL  They are not as good at this as the Clintons, though.  What they should have done was establish a "foundation" that can accept "donations" from foreign governments and wealthy lobbyists.  Then use it as a slush fund to pay for their homes, cars, planes, and other expenses.  Hunter signed for the computer. Why does Hunter's attorney want the computer back if it is not his?

Uh, the last election was almost four years ago.
Still with the Clinton stuff?
Try and catch up.

Also, even Barr - loyal lapdog - won't be able to give Rudy a pass on conspiring with a foreign power.

Just watched an interview with Rudy Giuliani in which he was asked to confirm the authenticity of the hard drives by releasing the meta data and he refused, complaining that nobody asked for the meta data when Trump's tax documents were published.

This is truly pathetic. Rudy wants to talk about the alleged emails but he doesn't want to "waste his time" arguing "process" with the interviewer.

If he could produce the meta data, it would prove authenticity and put an instant stop to the investigation against him for spreading Russian misinformation. Can anybody come up with a reasonble, understandable, reason for Giuliani not to produce the conclusive evidence everybody wants to see? I can't.... unless of course he knows he hasn't got the meta data!

Biden Will Make America Lead Again
We need a president with decency and a sense of respect

Retired Navy Adm. William McRaven explains in the Wall Street Journal why he voted for Joe Biden.

“This week I went to the polls in Texas. Truth be told, I am a pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, small-government, strong-defense and a national-anthem-standing conservative. But, I also believe that black lives matter, that the Dreamers deserve a path to citizenship, that diversity and inclusion are essential to our national success, that education is the great equalizer, that climate change is real and that the First Amendment is the cornerstone of our democracy. Most important, I believe that America must lead in the world with courage, conviction and a sense of honor and humility.”

“If we remain indifferent to our role in the world, if we retreat from our obligation to our citizens and our allies and if we fail to choose the right leader, then we will pay the highest price for our neglect and shortsightedness.”

You mean other than breaking the law, peddling influence, lying to the American public, treason, stupidity, sex tapes, paying for prostitutes, trying to cover it up with a fake conspiracy theory, and smoking crack.  I guess not much!  If there is nothing "damaging" then why not just clear the matter up and admit the computer belongs to Hunter?  Old Joe is trying to run the clock out with false indignation and allow his dishonest cronies to peddle an outlandish conspiracy theory.  If elected, I'm sure that we will never hear another peep.  Don't you think the American public deserves an answer as to whether it is authentic or not before they elect him president?  That answer is known to Old Joe, Hunter, and the FBI.  Anyone one of them can clear it up.   If it is a fake, then the Biden campaign deserves to have that made known.

Yawn! Nobody cares and there's no need to acknowledge fake Russian disinformation peddled by Rudy.

Another great day for President Trump.  Out on the campaign trail while Old Joe Hiden didn't leave his home except to buy ice cream.  The dems are in a panic spreading a baseless conspiracy narrative around the laptop that should end Hiden's career unless they can run the clock out before the election.  It is now confirmed that it was Hunter's computer.  His lawyer even asked for it to be returned which would be very strange if it didn't belong to him (apparently Hunter is not represented by Perry Mason).  The baseless claim that the Russians are behind this would be laughable if it were not actually scary that the media and even members of the government were out spreading this baseless claim like something in a dictatorship.  It is not limited just to social media kooks.

 :D :D :D

Donald Trump is losing badly. He's losing in every state he needs to win and is losing in his own red states. The fake Hunter Biden smear story is Russian disinformation and we all knew Rudy was going to peddle bogus conspiracy theories right before the election. This administration is a joke and they can't defend their disastrous record. It's just a replay of scams from 2016 and it's failing miserably.

14 Days and "Richard" won't be able to peddle his Russian disinformation. The only thugs in a panic are the GOP watching themselves lose in a massive landslide.

Hunter Biden story is Russian disinfo, dozens of former intel officials say

Voters Prefer Biden Over Trump

A new New York Times/Siena College poll finds Joe Biden leading Donald Trump in the presidential race nationally, 50% to 41%.

“With just two weeks left in the campaign, Mr. Trump does not hold an edge on any of the most pressing issues at stake in the election, leaving him with little room for a political recovery absent a calamitous misstep by Mr. Biden, the Democratic nominee, in the coming days. The president has even lost his longstanding advantage on economic matters: Voters are now evenly split on whether they have more trust in him or Mr. Biden to manage the economy."

Iowa U.S. Senate Race Leans Democratic

Larry Sabato’s Crystal Ball moved the Iowa U.S. Senate race from Toss-up to Leans Democratic.

State Polls
GEORGIA: Biden 49%, Trump 45%
ARIZONA: Biden 47%, Trump 42%
OHIO: Biden 48%, Trump 47%
NORTH CAROLINA: Biden 50%, Trump 47%
FLORIDA: Biden 50%, Trump 44%
MICHIGAN: Biden 51%, Trump 41%
WISCONSIN: Biden 50%, Trump 40%
WASHINGTON:  Biden 60%, Trump 37%
VIRGINIA: Biden 52%, Trump 41%
COLORADO: Biden 54%, Trump 40%
NEW MEXICO: Biden 53%, Trump 39%
IOWA: Biden 49%, Trump 47%
PENNSYLVANIA: Biden 50%, Trump 44%
NEW JERSEY: Biden 56%, Trump 36%
NEVADA: Biden: 50%, Trump 43%
CALIFORNIA: Biden 60%, Trump 32%
NEW YORK: Biden 61%, Trump 29%
ILLINOIS: Biden 53%, Trump 40%

Biden is right at 50% or well over 50% in all these states which is the magic number to win.

Trump is low to mid 40's where he's always been polling for 4 years.

270 Electoral College Votes is the number to win the Presidency.

In order for Joe Biden to get the minimum 270 Electoral Votes needed all he needs to do is win Wisconsin, Michigan, and Arizona. And he's already well ahead in each state as early voting is already taking place. So, the polling reflective with the actual voting.

Polling Averages

WISCONSIN - Biden +10
MICHIGAN -   Biden +10
ARIZONA -     Biden + 5

Or Pennsylvania, Georgia, Florida will put Biden over the top and he's leading in these states too.

PENNSYLVANIA - Biden +6
FLORIDA - Biden +4
GEORGIA - Biden +3

From all the information that has been assembled I strongly suspect Trump was knowingly Covid positive at the time of the first debate.

What kind of Americans are keeping Trump support in the 40% range? Surely can't all be racists, so possibly niche-issue people (gun nuts, pro-life, support-for-military/police, anti-immigrant, conspiracy theory, religion, tax cut)? Those people are going to be a problem for Biden and Pelosi long after after the Inaugural Parade has sailed by.

People are thinking outside traditional party lines in places like Canada, where the Green Party is doing well in some provinces. No such hope in the US. They don't want to try anything different or modern.

Certainly a possibility, Dr. Crow., that Trump was positive. His treatment suggests, strongly, he was infected over the previous weekend, as his Friday health downturn - oxygen, dexamethasone, hospitalization - is indicative of someone infected about 7 days earlier, likely at one of several White House super spreader events.
However, since Trump indicated a while back that he was being tested infrequently, " once every 2 to 3 days", he may well have not been tested after the weekend and before the debate. He also may have been experiencing some symptoms before the debate, but since the man lives in constant denial of reality, he probably shrugged it off.
Hubris: yes
Recklessness: yes
Knowledgeable: not so much
