It appears that Trump did not drain all the swamps in Washington like he promised us.

In the future there must be on man responsible for the protection of the Capitol. The Capitol Police Chief. No one can say no to his requests when it comes to protecting his buildings. And he only answers to the Speaker of the House and Senate Majority Leader. No one else, not even the President, can overrule him on these matters.

Yes, it is becoming Stalinist.  Media censorship of dissent -  check.  Punish those who have contrary views - check.   I never thought that I would see liberals celebrate censorship and McCarthy like persecution of Americans for their political views.  It is a sad and frightening day.

LOL.  Then what did he mean?  He said the Capitol police had a "double standard" for their treatment of Trump protestors and BLM protestors.  A "double standard" based on the race of the protestors.  That is a text book definition of being racist.  Of course China Joe doesn't believe that.  He is an old school segregationist who was chums with members of the KKK as "Fee-dom" Harris has pointed out.  He was just reading something that someone wrote on his teleprompter because the Dems have to twist a racist narrative into every event.

Congressman Tim Ryan has announced that two Capitol Police officers have been suspended, one for giving directions to the domestic terrorist invaders, the other for taking selfies with them. Another ten or more Capitol Police officers are under investigation. Most importantly, as relayed by CNN, one unidentified “law enforcement individual” has been arrested.

So, the police helped white maga terrorists storm the Capitol and were involved in the coup. They would have beat up or even shot black protestors. Again you spin your bogus propaganda.

Trump is reportedly more upset about his club not hosting a golf tournament than he is about likely being impeached for a second time

President Donald Trump is reportedly more upset that one of his club's will no longer host a PGA golf tournament than he is about a second possible impeachment.
Trump is "gutted" by PGA's decision to pull the 2022 Championship from his golf club in Bedminster, New Jersey, The New York Times' Maggie Haberman reported on Monday.

Trump will not be able to attend the Inauguration because on Tuesday, January 19, he will be about a mile outside of Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, the headquarters of the PGA, giving the following speech:

Now we’re going to march down there, and I’ll be with you, we’re going march down there, to the PGA headquarters and take back that golf tournament that was stolen from us.

Someone alert the Governor of Florida.

Well, if Congress can’t come through for us to penalize Trump, we can always rely on the PGA.

Damm, so much trouble could have been saved if the PGA had just called Trump two months ago and said:

“You can keep the golf tournament, if you concede the election and say that the election was not rigged and Biden is the true winner.”

Today, Trump and Pence met for the first time since January 5. It was described as a good friendly meeting. Afterwards, Trump declares a State of Emergency in Washington D. C. It goes into effect immediately and lasts through January 24.

What does this mean? Does this mean that Trump has gone back to being the “Law and Order” President? That he wants to do everything possible to insure a safe and orderly transfer of power on January 20?

No. It means that Mike Pence is, as of today, the de facto President of the United States. And it is about time. From here on out, Trump will dance to Pence’s tune. And if he doesn’t, he will be hit with the Twenty-Fifth Amendment. So tonight, I think I will sleep well.
