This guy had:
•   Stormed the Capitol on January 6.
•   Return to Washington D. C. with a rifle and ammunition hidden in his car.
•   And was found, of all places, outside the official residence of the Vice President of the United States

If all this is true, he needs to be sentenced to the maximum. If attempted murder charges cannot be brought, he needs the maximum sentence for bringing an illegal concealed weapon into Washington D. C.

More information is coming out about everything so by next week we will know even more.

The United States was failing with vaccine doses under Criminal Donald which was well below what they tried to project. 1 million shots was never happening plus there was a vaccine shortage. Under President Biden, we now have 3 million shots per day and enough vaccine for ALL Americans. Right wingers were claiming 1 million shots wouldn't even happen, including the 100 million shots that Biden predicted we would have, and he already met that goal.

Sidney Powell, running scared, has filed a motion to have the case of Dominion voting systems against her to be dismissed because..... wait for it......... "no reasonable person could actually believe the obvious lies she told about the company";

Sidney Powell, Alex Jones, Tucker Carlson and Sean Hannity are extremist demagogues and professional liars. In front of the MAGA cult, they’re “fearless defenders of the truth.” But before the courts they admit to being performance artists who "no reasonable person would believe".

Sidney Powell needs to be disbarred for admitting her entire election fraud scam was a lie in order to keep Criminal Donald in power. She helped stage a coup and incite a violent insurrection caused by Trump's violent right wing thugs. She should also go to jail as well for sedition.

Actually says-----
Quote
3.The statements at issue are protected and not actionable Determining whether a statement is protected involves a two-step inquiry: Is the statement one which can be proved true or false? And would reasonable people conclude that the statement is one of fact, in light of its phrasing, context and the circumstances surrounding its publication. Keohane, 882 P.2d at 1299. This inquiry is determined as a matter of law. Bucher v. Roberts, 595 P.2d  235,  241  (Colo.  1979)  (“Whether  a  particular  statement  constitutes  fact  or  opinion  is  a  question of law.”). Analyzed under these factors, and even assuming, arguendo, that each of the statements  alleged  in  the  Complaint  could  be  proved  true  or  false,  no  reasonable  person  would conclude that the statements were truly statements of fact.
