I hope you are correct, Mr Plant.
Mr Trump is acting like a dictator.
He may well declare himself a victor tonight, before all the votes are even counted.
Barr will certainly (illegally) use the Justice Department to back this up.
If Trump wins, legally or illegally, the U.S. will definitely become a dictatorship.

Troubling to see a leader actively encouraging and condoning violence to their base at election time.

I posted that comment in a Murdoch flagship and it was accepted.

To all members on this board in the USA, please stay safe and hopefully the fears of violence are for nothing.

Mr Crow : (actually Dr. Crow, we should be thankful for his insights   ) has explained how bad the U.S. is. Aussie have it under control.
Dr Crow: U.S. is looking at 400K deaths by 1/21 2021.

Congrats to Old Joe.  He is going to squeak it out.  As I said before, he is an establishment politician who has done nothing during his entire career.  I expect more of the same but unlike the rage filled Trump haters, I hope Old Joe does a great job for America.  Good luck to him.  And Trump 2024!

Funny story about Trump. Back in '16, he was in a Midwestern town saying he's going to make sure that one of the major bridges in that town - which has been crumbling for years - was going to be fixed if he was elected. Fast forward to '20. One of my relatives went to one of his shows in that same town. I asked her on FB how's the repairs going on that bridge Trump promised to have fixed four years earlier? She then changed the subject and said Obama started ISIS.

That, my friends, is the state of this country today. It isn't about governing anymore. It's all about hate and ignorance and nothing to do about doing what's right for the common good.

If you think Trump "cares" about you, he doesn't. But for those who think so, just go right on believing.

That's the problem. The Washington gridlock isn't going to get vital but aging infrastructure and power grid fixed.

I have to believe in climate change when the hurricane season and wild fires this year are almost unprecedented. Green technology is no longer science fiction; it now makes economic sense, although there's probably more money in floodgate projects (that could fail).
