What is wrong with using a Legislature and legislating (like the constitution called for) in terms of managing the "manner of elections"?   There likely should be a great tidal wave of lawsuits brought forth so that arguments can be made and agreements struck.  That is all part of politics!   The country isn't going to stay together very long when there is no constitution to govern it by and no one wants to enforce its rules and even interpret what was meant by the Legislature or allowed to bring anything before it.   If you want to change the very constitution and make a "sanctimonious" change , go through the proper channels as laid out by the forefathers and have it passed through the House and Senate.  This can be done if you think you have the will of the people behind it.  Don't subvert the will of the people and real democracy by declaring that there should be any controversial disputes between set of states.

Sorry to interrupt your rant, but does Article 1,  section 4 say anything about Presidential elections, or are you only challenging the way the Senate and House elections were conducted?

If the Democrats were trying to rig the House and Senate elections through some undetectable method, they sure didn’t do a very good job at it.

You might say he craved power but he did his best to protect the middle class, take people out of poverty, give them employment, protection and drain the swamp of Democratic and Republican creatures.

Did you really just write that with a straight face?

You should be worried about your country not about me.  Riots, looting, arson and businesses destroyed and calls to defund the police by ANTIFA and BLM should scare you.  The politicians are making the police powerless to control crime and get it off the street.   No money so remove cash bail as well and put villains back on the street.  We should also legalize drug traffic so that people can shoot up at will.  Maybe we should even provide stations where they can do this "safely" and monitor it!  THC, heroine, crack, crystal meth and anything else you can think of is fair game and traffickers not punishable.

What’s really scary is that there are people out there who swallow this kind of hysterical propaganda. I guess we learned nothing from Hitler’s rise to power.

You mean it’s just a strange coincidence that all 18 were red states and the only states sued were swing states in which Trump lost by a slim margin?

Who do you think you’re kidding?

No. It is a strange coincidence you have a divide between rural and urban voters.   If it wasn't for the 4 large cities in those 4 states, things would have ended up differently.  These are like city states (Rome in its time).   It also doesn't take rocket science to figure out why you would like to add  Washington D.C. and Puerto Rico as states so that you can over rule representation by region (Senate) and have  representation by population in both Senate and House/   Then the population centers can do as it pleases with the rural population.   If  you do that, just eliminate the Senate altogether (1/2 the cost) and run the country by popular vote only as it has no meaning.

Yeah you should never look at how elections are run and question its integrity.  As I said before, transparency is important and when you have 74 million voters that lost an election and lots of questions when it was the largest turnout in history and Biden ran campaign from basement and got more votes that Obama - makes you wonder doesn't it?   Biden should be wanting it to so that he doesn't face what Trump faced in a 4 year period.   Biden will be ushered out quickly and replaced by Kamala - he can hardly read from a teleprompter and keep up to it.  Answering media questions is impossible!   He issues statements from teleprompter and quickly shuffles off the stage!

This article ties the conspiracy together really well and gives timelines and dates.

And what is wrong with the popular vote? One man, one vote....

No it doesn't make me wonder at all. Trump lost this election not because of Biden but because of himself. Over the past 4 years he made sure that more people wanted him gone than wanted him to stay in power. That's what motivated the high turn out. The majority of the people that voted simply wanted to make sure he would be gone.

I believe that if it had it been any other candidate than Trump, the turnout would not have been so high on either side.

And why should 80 million people have their votes ignored, just because the loser can't accept his loss and makes all sorts of wild claims for which no evidence whatsoever has been produced in any of the courtcases?
