Donald was Smart afterall.

Ha!
" Vaccine by October. Mid October."   Isn't that now, or next week? Maybe he meant 2021?

Well, well, come to find out that a 2019 World Health Organization review of studies on mask wearing and measures found "no evidence" that wearing masks prevented people from catching the flu:

Also from the article....

"The review's authors note that "the majority of these studies were conducted in households in which at least one person was infected, and exposure levels might be relatively higher." Therefore, "additional studies of face mask use in the general community would be valuable.""

And

"Though the organization conceded little evidence for the effectiveness of face masks, in an overview of the paper they nevertheless "conditionally" recommend them for the broader public in the case of "severe epidemics or pandemics.""

And

"Whether or not the ostensible ineffectiveness of face masks in stopping influenza can be extrapolated to COVID-19 is currently unknown."

As with most things, including the JFK assassination, the devil is in the detail.

I thought Biden's remarks about Trump were very gracious.  It's good to hear today that Trump is doing well.  Have to laugh at the media pundits who so very badly wanted him to die.  They are so disappointed.  Trump has overcome so many obstacles.  All those silly establishment repub challengers in 2016 like Jeb and Rubio, Hillary, the media's relentless campaign to destroy him, establishment politicians like McCain and Pelosi, the fake Russian collusion nonsense and senile Mueller, then the fake impeachment, and now a pandemic that closed the entire country and infected him.   No person in history would still be standing.  Even if you think the man is the devil, you have to give him credit for his sheer tenacity.

Anyone care to chip in for a large pepperoni for Donald? We can add a dollar can’t we? At least he would get conformation from someone other than himself.

"For the added price of one buck, customers can order a side of “comforting words,” the new menu item states on Seamless. “For $1, our delivery driver will look you straight in the eyes and tell you ‘EVERYTHING’S GONNA BE OK AND YOU’RE DOING THE BEST YOU CAN.’ ”"

No need to assume. "Richard" has a major problem dealing with actual facts. He much rather make the "facts" up himself.

In that regard he is not much different than Trump and his ilk. And while we're on the subject, have a look at this;

It is unbelievable just how low those right wing clowns are willing to go. Jason Miller is still not admitting that wearing a mask is important in the fight against covid-19. Instead he is trying to convince us that Trump and his team have always taken all precautions at Trump rallies, where there was no social distancing and wearing a mask was still only optional.

210.000 people have died and, now that he has covid-19 himself, Trump - according to Miller - has a better understanding of how serious and dangerous the virus is. Really? Only now, after months of down playing the virus (which btw, according to Miller also never happened), Trump has seen the light. Now, some 7 months too late, Trump is suddenly considering covid-19 priority number one and is going to lead "to beat this, as a country".

If nothing else, this just shows what needs to happen before Trump will put the good of the people before his own vanity!

I feel bad for the guy, just as I feel bad for everybody who has or will get this virus, but for the country Trump getting covid-19 was perhaps the best thing that could have happened!

Oh please, cry me a river....

I thought Biden's remarks about Trump were very gracious.

Indeed, and very different than what Trump said about Hillary Clinton in 2016 when she had pneumonia!

Even if you think the man is the devil, you have to give him credit for his sheer tenacity.

He has no other option but to keep going. His ego won't let him do anything else.
