Of all the hypocrisy surrounding the media's coverage of the pandemic (and it is legion) perhaps none could surpass the hysteria, rage, and degradation of the doctors and medical staff at Walter Reed yesterday after the media had lectured us for months to "listen to the doctors."

They weren't talking about SPIN doctors.

Quote
They were furious that once again Trump emerged victorious.

Trump demonstrated once again that it's all about him and his precious image, no matter who gets hurt.  He put dozens of people at risk to do his silly little reckless and irresponsible photo ops.

Of all the hypocrisy surrounding the media's coverage of the pandemic (and it is legion) perhaps none could surpass the hysteria, rage, and degradation of the doctors and medical staff at Walter Reed yesterday after the media had lectured us for months to "listen to the doctors."  CNN and MSNBC were apoplectic that Trump was being released by his medical team and would not be lingering in the hospital until Nov. 4.  They so much wanted him to be incapacitated.  They attacked the doctors with all manner of conspiracy theories and defamatory claims.  One idiot at the Wash Post suggested they even defund the entire hospital.  A sad spectacle.  They were furious that once again Trump emerged victorious.  Surely they finally had him now after so many misses.  He couldn't possibly rally from the virus and return to the campaign.  LOL.  And they contriving a narrative that it is all because he was given drugs not available to ordinary Americans!  Wow.  These are the same drugs the media has been claiming are too dangerous to be rushed into use (at least until Nov. 4) but now suddenly they should be available to everyone?  I'm sure Trump is fine with that.  In fact, that is what he has been advocating for months in the face of media pushback that he is being reckless.
Mr Smith: let's back up a second.
You still haven't posted any facts about your allegations that Democrats and media pundits were wishing for Trump's death by Covid.
Still waiting.

Nor will he.  He just makes things up as he goes along.

This seems ..very true, Mr I.

In other news, Stephen Miller has tested positive.
As Malcolm said, " chickens comin' home to roost."

Mr Crow:  since you are a man of science, and I am just a simpleton/layman, could you comment on Trump and dexamethasone and his behavior the last few days.
He's been tweeting ( and retweeting) quite, uh, prodigiously lately.
I just wanted to confirm ( or, perhaps, disprove?) a legitimate connection. Thx.

Not really my area John but I would say that not everyone suffers from these effects to the same degree. They are summarised here....

Anecdotally, I have recently started some medication in the past few weeks and have definitely noticed increased tiredness, a known side effect. Certainly infectious diseases are most successfully overcome by regeime that includes complete rest.

The media simply cannot believe that Trump is back in action.  They really thought they had him this time.   The conspiracy theories, attacks on his doctors, and hysteria are very humorous.  And Kantala has to come out of hiding tonight!

Zara Rahim, a former national spokesperson for the Hillary Clinton campaign, said in a since-deleted tweet, ‘I hope he dies’.

Michael Moore:  "He’s an evil genius and I raise the possibility of him lying about having Covid-19 to prepare us and counteract his game.  He knows being sick tends to gain one sympathy. He’s not above weaponizing this."

NY Times: “If he becomes sick, it could raise questions about whether he should remain on the ballot at all."
