To summarize this rant: the following was a blatant lie "Yeah... admitting that he does owe foreign banks over 400 million dollars in loans that become due next year".  Trump never "admitted" that he owed $400 million to foreign banks and EVEN if he does it doesn't mean a thing standing alone because it is not his debt that matters but how it is leveraged.  If an unemployed loser who spends his every waking moment on an Internet forum, for example, owed $400 million it would be trouble.  If, however, someone with Trump's assets owes that much, it is no problem as he has sufficient assets to cover it many times over.  The relevant question is whether any of his debt is illegal or creates a security risk.  And we know it does not because by law the President is required to file financial disclosures that are reviewed for such things.  And even in the anti-Trump media and deep state there has been no allegation of any wrong doing based on these disclosures.

You clearly don't know what the meaning of the word "summarize" is.

It is painful to watch just how little traction Rudy Giuliani's last minute hail mary effort smearing Hunter and Joe Biden is getting outside the usual Trump bubble.

The right wing NY Post and Fox News seem to be the only two outlets who are talking about this laptop fairytale, but nobody else is paying much attention to it. It might even be true, but still nobody cares. Giuliani has overplayed his hand on the Ukraine issue for a long time and now has no credibility left.

It doesn't help much that the story itself is just as pathetic as Giuliani's attempt to smear the Bidens. So, let's examine the story;

First you have to believe that Hunter Biden, with his father in the race for President, would be stupid enough to bring a laptop full with damaging materials to an obscure computer repair shop and then not pick it up after it was repaired. That, by itself, casts serious doubt on the story, but it gets worse. The repair shop owner, who is nearly blind, is unable to identify Hunter Biden as the man who dropped of the laptop and provided the information for the receipt. This man than somehow looks at the content of the laptop and he allegedly gets so concerned that he calls the FBI. The Agency reponds and collects the laptop, but not before the shop owner makes copies of the hard drives. The repair man then waits for some reply from the FBI, which he never gets, simply because that's not the way it works. When the FBI investigates something they don't call you back to tell you the results of that investigation. But this is where it gets interesting.... Apparently the repair man decides to offer the copied hard drives to others, but nobody is interested, so he somehow ends up with Rudy Giuliani's lawyer. He, presumably, pays of the repair man and passes the hard drives to Rudy Giuliani. This is somewhere in mid july 2020.

So, what does Giuliani do with the material? After all, this is the evidence he has been looking for, right? The smoking gun that will show everybody that what he has been saying for months is all true..... Does he give it to law enforcement, to his buddy Bill Barr or the Senate's judiciary committee? No, he sits on it and waits until 20 days before the election and then makes a deal and gives hard copies of some documents to the right wing newspaper the New York Post who instantly publishes the material. I wonder how much they paid Giuliani....

Giuliani claims that, before he gave the material to the NY Post, he authenticated the material, but he fails to provide any evidence for that claim. The meta data that must be on the copied hard drives could provide information about the true origin of the emails, but Giuliani doesn't release that material. Instead he wants us to believe him on his word....

Is there anything straight forward or even remotely normal about this story? I don't think so.... yet Giuliani wonders why nobody believes him... Go figure

This can all be easily cleared up.  Hunter or Old Joe can just confirm it is a fake and not Hunter's computer.  That seems easy enough. Or the FBI, which has apparently had this computer for a long while, can confirm it is all faked.  Both campaigns and the American public deserve an answer before the election.  If this is a fake, then the Biden campaign deserves to have that confirmed.  If it is authentic, then the American public needs to know that Old Joe and Hunter are on the payroll of China and many other countries.  And imagine the "plan" for faking this.  The Russians leave a computer at some random shop and HOPE the proprietor discovers the information and turns it over to the authorities.  Or he is a Russian asset aiding them.  LOL.   Why do that instead of just revealing them via Wikileaks.  How about this though?  If you think the information is faked, the information it contains is obviously designed to disqualify Old Joe from running.  So if the information on this computer turns out to be authentic, then logically you agree it disqualifies him from running.  Right?  You can't have it both ways.

Be honest for once.  President Trump never "admitted" that he owed $400 million to foreign banks as you stated.  That was a lie.

Yup. Biden should have held a large rally, packed shoulder to shoulder with mostly maskless attendees, in a state with a 20% infection rate.
Stable genius!

Let's try again - Old Joe had no events.  None.  Zero.  Just a couple weeks before the election.  It is incredible. He doesn't have to have a mass rally.  At least he could stand in his driveway and answer a few questions. Like whether Russians have fabricated a computer that indicates he is receiving millions from China.  Just clear that one up.  It is astounding.  Everyone should be concerned that a presidential candidate is hiding.

And play Giuliani's and Bannon's game? That's not the way it works... You can not make up stuff and then expect the other person to prove it's fake. This is the same crap you constantly try to pull in the JFK case.

Or the FBI, which has apparently had this computer for a long while, can confirm it is all faked

Just like the Tax Office doesn't comment, one way or the other, on Trump's four year old claim that he is being audited, the FBI also doesn't comment on (ongoing) investigations and their results. But, according to Giuliani, they apparently do indeed have the original hard drives and thus the meta data... Their lack of action indicates that they probably already know the whole thing is bogus!

Both campaigns and the American public deserve an answer before the election.

Just like the American people deserve an answer before the election about Trump tax returns, the money he owes and what he intends to do after taking away healthcare insurance during a pandemic, but I doubt we will get those answers anytime soon.

But in this case, it's rally easy... Have Giuliani provide the meta data on the hard drive. So far all he has done is talk and make allegations with no authenticated evidence anywhere in sight. Trump was advised over a year ago that Giuliani may be the victim of a Russian misinformation scheme and he did nothing about. That alone makes the entire story lack credibility. There can not be any other logical reason why Giuliani does not provide the meta data but that it doesn't support his claims!

And imagine the "plan" for faking this.  The Russians leave a computer at some random shop and HOPE the proprietor discovers the information and turns it over to the authorities.  Or he is a Russian asset aiding them.

I seriously doubt the shop was randomly chosen. Again you are not thinking clearly. For Giuliani and/or Bannon to publish the alledged content of the laptop they needed a cover story on how they got it in the first place. Not that it helped them much! The MSM instantly understood what was going on and even Giuliani's own daughter doesn't believe him!

If you think the information is faked, the information it contains is obviously designed to disqualify Old Joe from running.  So if the information on this computer turns out to be authentic, then logically you agree it disqualifies him from running.  Right?  You can't have it both ways.

Typical narrow minded "Richard Smith" BS. The information is of course designed to harm Joe Biden, but that does not mean it automatically does harm him or disqualify him from running, even if the information is authentic. It allegedly is Hunter Biden's laptop and the only thing I have seen so far that even remotely comes close to his father is an "email" in which allegedly a Burisma director thanks Hunter for an opportunity to meet his father, without any kind of corroboration that any such a meeting ever took place.

Yesterday I watched a pathetic interview of Steve Bannon, on Australian Sky TV and he claims that all sorts of people had confirmed that emails on the laptop were indeed either send or received by them, but again not a shred of conclusive evidence! Just one more indication that this is all about politics and perceptions....

Huh?  The "big guy" who could become President-elect just a couple weeks from now doesn't have to comment on emails that link him to payments from foreign governments!  Wow.  How would that be playing anyone's game?  That would be setting the record straight to his advantage if these are fake.  This is supposed to involve his own son's computer.  So all he has to do is go to a press event with Hunter and confirm it's not his computer or emails.   Instead they are going to let this string out indefinitely knowing they are fake?  You must live in a fantasy world.  If they were fake, the Biden's obviously would know that.   And they could clear this up.  That would be to their advantage.  If the FBI knows they are fake, they have an obligation to the Biden campaign to clear up the matter.  The Biden's should insist that they confirm or deny this fact.  Instead there is a resounding silence.

You need this to be explained? No shred of evidence has been provided that those emails are even authentic. Giuliani could have easily done so by releasing the meta data, but he hasn't, because he isn't interested in a criminal investigation. If he was he would have given the material to the DOJ instead of a newspaper. All Giuliani wants is the allegation getting as much media attention as possible. Just like Trump asked the President of Ukraine to announce an investigation against Biden, without actually having to conduct one, this is all about perception. The more the media talks about this pathetic allegation, the more people might start to believe it.

So, every word Biden says about this means that the media attention will continue. If he says nothing all the media will report on is some people whining about the fact that he isn't saying anything, which is exactly what is happening. Funny enough, SKY TV in Australia seems to be "reporting" more about this story than any outlet in America.

That would be setting the record straight to his advantage if these are fake.

All he could possible say is that they are fake. He would not be able to prove it, which would be the next thing required of him. Far easier to let Giuliani and Bannon prove the material is authentic.... They have the meta data, right? So, why don't they produce it?

This is supposed to involve his own son's computer.  So all he has to do is go to a press event with Hunter and confirm it's not his computer or emails. Instead they are going to let this string out indefinitely knowing they are fake? You must live in a fantasy world.

Again, anything that makes sense is totally beyond your comprehension. As it stands, outside the Trump bubble, Giuliani and Bannon aren't getting anywhere with this questionable story. The whole thing will die a quick death, unless Giuliani authenticates the content of the hard drives by providing the meta data. He really should have done that by now, because most people have already made up their mind and with the MSM not reporting on this matter at all, it will not have any effect on the election's outcome.

If they were fake, the Biden's obviously would know that. And they could clear this up. That would be to their advantage.

Please tell, how in the world would Biden be able to "clear this up"? If he says it's fake, would you believe it? I seriously doubt it. Instead you would demand proof that it is fake and there is no way that Biden can prove anything without having the hard drives in his possession first.

If the FBI knows they are fake, they have an obligation to the Biden campaign to clear up the matter.  The Biden's should insist that they confirm or deny this fact.  Instead there is a resounding silence.

More BS... The FBI is under no obligation to tell anybody anything about their investigations and their outcome. Biden can insist as much as he likes, but normally the FBI isn't even going to confirm that they are conducting or have conducted an investigation. You live in cuckoo land.

The Trump rallies are style over substance; yes, there is entertainment value in watching the buffoon deliver a few sound "bites" and scalding innuendo. If Trump loses, his antics and somewhat-refreshing directness will be noticeably absent.

Biden "events" are the opposite: substance over style. Hardly any entertainment value (though I'm predicting a monumental gaffe in the coming days). He could spice it up if he had Warren, Sanders, AOC and others "open" for him with brief remarks. But maybe he's trying to keep the "Left" under wraps.
