Gov photographer admits to altering original Z film

Former USIA Photographer Mr. Joe O'Donnell admitted to the ARRB that he destroyed 10 feet of film in the area of the head shot on the original Zapruder film. Could this explain why the limo stop is not more evident on the Zapruder film?

On page 5 of that link O'Donnell mentions viewing the autopsy photos [where are they BTW?] "On the second viewing the small round hole above the right eye was no longer visible" [altered?]

Actually...the "original" of the film was shot on 8mm and was transferred to 16mm. Life magazine later produced 35mm slides from the 'alleged' original.

This version of the Z-film shows the limo slow down to walking pace just before the head-shot. Not a 'stop' as such but a definite deceleration:

Photographer Joe O'Donnell had onset dementia when Gary Aguilar was falling for his stories.

O'Donnell claims, for example, that Air Force One landed at 4AM and that he spoke to Jackie ("after she gotten into the Navy ambulance") and gave her the idea to bury the President at Arlington.

So considering the original was 8mm and O'Donnells apparent unreliability, there is no documented case of Jackie Kennedy actually watching the Zapruder film?

Hard to imagine her wanting to watch it.

  The JFK "Halo" being Altered falls right in line with the opinion of NPIC "Image Expert"  Dino Brugioni. Brugioni  Examined the Original Z Film on the night after the JFK Assassination and he also viewed the Current Z Film all of us have watched 100's of times. Upon viewing the Current Z Film, Brugioni IMMEDIATELY pointed out the JFK Head Explosion was different. Brugioni also said the physical contact between Jackie and SA Clint Hill on the Limo trunk lid was longer and more violent on the Original Z Film he viewed on 11/23/63. Brugioni was the CIA's Top Image Expert and was summoned to examine the U-2 Spy Plan Cuban Missile Crisis photos. Brugioni was the Real Deal when it came to Image Analysis.

It seems that anyone and everyone that supplied information of a contradictory nature to the official story was by declaration... "demented" in some way
Dementia dominates memory in later stages but does not cause people to lie.

I believe O'Donnell's son when he generously, I think, put it that his father suffered from onset dementia. Now tell us the son could have been a CIA "asset".

CIA? See? Wandering off on a tangent. I know that the source of the O'Donnell was lying blurb came from none other than Dale Myers. We must take his word for what the O'Donnell family told him
Myers buzzed back around the Tippit family too soon after it was revealed in Joe McBride's  book "Into the Nightmare" that the father of the slain cop reported strange things concerning his son's murder. He must have been demented, Myers concluded...after all he was 90 yrs old and his family thought so.
Again...lying is not a result of a dementia condition. Sure it is hard to remember stuff and put things in order.
Some but not all of it is a result of age.
