At 33 minutes and 50 seconds on the below video, David Lifton says that Oswald had the phone number of the U.S. government switchboard. Lifton doesn't say if the number was in Oswalds notebook. I hadn't heard this before. Does anyone know what FBI document Liftons source is for this information and what Oswald having such a number could mean?

Lifton says he will be covering this in a chapter in his upcoming book "Final Charade". However that book as been "upcoming" for over 20 years now, so there is no way to know how long we'll have to wait to get his book.

The U. S. government does have one switchboard number through which all calls go through, but whenever I call it, I always get a busy signal. I’ve heard that if you do get through, you must never tell them that you can hold.

You can get Trump's number but all you get is Trump singing the daisy song like Hal 9000.
