This is a perfect example of how WC apologists are caught in a time warp and are decades behind the information curve. We have known since the 1990s, at the latest, that the "Oswald" who called the Soviet Embassy in Mexico City was not the real Oswald because he spoke terrible, mangled, almost-unintelligible Russian, whereas the real Oswald spoke Russian like a native Russian.
