I believe if you'll do a little research, you'll find that it was DPD Captain Fritz who was in charge.....And it was Capt Fritz who said " Keep looking,  I want that rifle and it has to be here somewhere"....    Fritz KNEW the rifle was there.....He knew the plot to murder JFK and frame the little commie rat who had defected to Russia a few years prior to Nov 63.  Fritz knew the rifle was behind the box with the huge asterisk scrawled on it at the top of the stairs.....

I don't suppose that other book cartons on the sixth floor having ink marker scrawls would sway you in the least.

BTW, teachers were allowed to "shop" in person and the asterisk might signify a popular item.

How about just spelling out whatever point you are trying to make for once instead of playing a thousand questions?  There is no ambiguity about the clipboard.  Kaiser confirmed that he had made it and that Oswald used it.  Kaiser found it on the 6th floor after the TSBD employees were allowed to return to work.  He brought it the attention of his supervisors and FBI.  What about this are you taking issue with?  Are you suggesting there is doubt about this being the clipboard that Oswald used and/or that Kaiser's story is false?  This is not a trick question.

But Let's brake this down:

If the clipboard is evidence where in evidence are the orders that came with it when found?

Why is Kaiser's story "definitely fake"?  Kaiser confirmed that he made it.  Is that a lie?  He confirms that he found it.  Is that a lie?  He confirms that Oswald used the clipboard.  Is that a lie?  And why would he fake this story?  It is undisputed that LHO worked in the TSBD on 11.22.  It is not disputed that his job entailed his presence on the 6th floor.   None of that requires finding his clipboard.
