Joe probably has only a memory span of a few hours now, so he probably forgot how he was a few weeks back, repeating his desire to take Trump behind the woodshed or on a fishing trip or that Joe considers Trump and his supporters as “garbage”.
So anyone is being gracious, it’s Trump rather than Biden, because Trump still DOES have long term memory and yet Trump accepted the handshake from the now grinning Joe , recognizing that Joe is basically a walking ( barely) vegetable and it would be pointless at this stage to remind Joe how much of an SOB he has been fur the last 4 years.
