By the DOJ's attorneys' own admission on 3/31/25, due to an "administrative error," Garcia, who has never been convicted or charged with a crime, was deported to El Salvador on 3/15/25 even though ICE was aware that it would be illegal to deport him.

Question: Why did your beloved conservative Supreme Court rule 9 - 0 that Trump must facilitate Garcia's return to the U.S.?

Can you prove that Garcia "has ties to a terrorist gang"?

Even if he does, wouldn't you agree that Constitutionally mandated Due Process for everyone in the U.S. (American citizen or not) protects the best of us (like you, obviously) only because it protects "the worst" of us?

The facts are that he is an illegal alien who beat his wife/girlfriend.  That alone is grounds to send him packing.  The gang ties are just a cherry on top.   It's amazing to me that a criminal like this gets so much attention and sympathy from leftists while the American citizens who were beaten, raped, and killed are never mentioned.  No wonder Trump and the Republicans are winning all the elections.  This dirt bag is a citizen of El Salvador.  He is in El Salvador.  He is not our problem.   Why don't you fly down there and console him.

Warning to MAGA. Congress is within days of passing a big tax cuts for the billionaires. Once this happens, your last chance to hold the administrations feet to fire is gone. Better call you congressmen and tell them you do not want the big tax cuts for billionaires until the Trump administration shows it is serious about deporting the bulk of the immigrants, or at least starts to match the rate the Biden administration was able to deport immigrants. If I were you, I would not settle for less than 50,000 per week, the rate needed to deport 10,000,000 in four years.

What are you going to do once the big tax cuts passes Congress and is signed by Trump. How are you going to compel Trump to start the large deportations that you guys want so badly?
