The United States is currently reporting 15,647 coronavirus hospitalizations, the lowest mark since reporting began in July 2020, according to data from @CNN and the Department of Health and Human Services.

President Biden promised to get the coronavirus under control and he has done it.

The GOP is not "pro life" and they just proved it again by voting against millions of diabetic Americans and their families. Thankfully we have Democrats in charge of the House who voted to help millions of Americans pay $35 for insulin. There was absolutely no reason for Republicans to vote against capping insulin prices at $35. I agree, Remember in November.

Republicans didn't care when Madison Cawthorn was advocating violence against Democrats, was supporting insurrection, praised Hitler, sent out a swastika tweet, or when several women accuse him of assault. But as soon as he mentions Republican "cocaine parties" they all flip out and start raging at him. Seems like he finally hit a nerve with his GOP colleagues.

Republican goes off on Madison Cawthorn allegations for almost 10 minutes: 'You should name them'

Former Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC) is so furious with Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-NC) that he was spitting fire on the Fox network Sunday.

Cawthorn got in trouble this week when he announced that members of his party invited him to s*x parties. Other Republicans, Cawthorn said, spend their time and efforts fighting the drug war, meanwhile, he witnessed them doing cocaine. While many other Republicans have been caught promoting white supremacists, klan ideology or using anti-Semitic imagery, it was Cawthorn that drew a stern warning from House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA).

Speaking about it Sunday, Gowdy said that the people he was around, while in Congress, did none of what Cawthorn described, explaining that he was never invited to the orgy. He suggested that Cawthorn was simply "hanging around with the wrong people." Since Gowdy was in office, 29 new Republican members of Congress have entered the House.

He went on to suggest that Cawthorn name names because their constituents deserve to know what they're doing with their time in Congress and at taxpayer's expense. If Cawthorn participated in any of it, Gowdy demanded that he come forward about it.

Under President Biden, America has created more jobs in the past 14 months than any similar stretch in American HISTORY......almost 8 million jobs in 14 months. More people are working full-time now than at any time pre-pandemic.

Thanks to President Biden, Americans enjoy the highest average annual average wages in the world. Republicans want to tax Americans $4500. That would mean less money for more Americans.

Don't forget that every single Republican voted against President Biden's American Rescue Plan calling it "socialist", "wasteful", and "pork". Is nearly 8 million new jobs, record GDP growth, and a 3.6% unemployment rate "wasteful"? Without this Rescue plan, America would have been really struggling. The rule of thumb is to tune out Republican talking points and buzzwords because they clearly don't know what they are talking about. The results of this American Rescue Plan speaks for itself, it helped to create the greatest economy and job creation on record.

President Biden
@POTUS

Thanks to the American Rescue Plan, we were able to get Americans vaccinated, schools open, and businesses humming.

Moody’s estimates that because of the Rescue Plan, 4 million more jobs were created and unemployment is 2% lower than it would have been had we failed to act."

New analysis from Moody's found that for 2021, the American Rescue Plan resulted in 4 million more jobs and nearly doubled GDP growth. Moody's finds that without the American Rescue Plan, unemployment would have risen in summer 2021 to back over 7% and remain materially higher after that. Mar 11, 2022

The taxpayers will be saved a bundle when Hunter goes to the slammer:

"Secret Service is renting $30,000-a-month Malibu mansion to protect Hunter Biden, ABC News reports"

Criminal Donald wasted 1.7 million on his criminal kids and staff affer he lost the election.

Post-White House Secret Service for Trump's Adult Children and Staff Cost $1.7M

Spending records reviewed by The Washington Post show U.S. taxpayers spent more than $52,000 to guard Steven Mnuchin, a multimillionaire and former investment banker, during a June trip to the Middle East

The six months of extra Secret Service protection approved by outgoing President Donald Trump for his four adult children and other staffers before leaving office cost taxpayers $1.7 million, according to spending documents analyzed by The Washington Post.

PEOPLE confirmed in January that Trump had extended the protection for his kids for six months when he left Washington, D.C., with a Secret Service source saying that the former president, 74, issued the last-minute extension as a "transition period" for Donald Trump Jr., Ivanka Trump (and her husband, Jared Kushner), Eric Trump (and his wife Lara Trump) and Tiffany Trump.

The source added that some other non-Trump family members were also given an extended period of security but could not provide names.

The Post reported that former Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, Trump's former Chief of Staff Mark Meadows and former National Security Advisor Robert O'Brien were among those granted extended protection.

On Friday, the Post reported the high cost of that extra protection, including that that the U.S. government paid up to $3,000 each for plane tickets and $11,000 for rooms at the St. Regis Doha during a trip Mnuchin took to the Middle East in June.

"In all, the records show U.S. taxpayers spent more than $52,000 to guard a multimillionaire on a business trip," the paper reported.

Mnuchin, 58, was previously an investment banker and film producer prior to joining the Trump cabinet as secretary of the Treasury.

A spokesperson for Mnuchin told the paper that he did not ask Trump to provide the extra Secret Service protection but also did not turn it down on the advice of "government officials." The spokesperson added that Mnuchin intends to reimburse some of the costs but did not elaborate further.

As the Post notes, the Secret Service's $2.4 billion budget is more than enough to cover the unusual request for extra coverage. The protection is still notable, however, as it extends to adults (like Trump's elder sons) who had no official role in government and seemingly have enough wealth to pay for their own security as private citizens.
