2 Week Early In-Person Voting is OK by me. What I would add is a Daily Running Vote Total being made public. When anyone votes In-Person,  their vote would immediately be counted/tabulated and then added to the Publicly Posted Running Vote Totals for every candidate or proposition on that person's ballot. We are voting Then and There. We are Not making a contribution to a blood bank.

In-person early voting here involves (my experience anyway) scanning a “real ID” card into the system, signing my name on a touch-screen to apparently help verify my identity, obtaining a programmed card that I assume includes my identity, inserting that programmed card into the selection machine, selecting the people I voted for on the touch-screen on the selection machine, verifying my selections, printing the resulting ballot from the printer on the selection machine, taking my programmed card out of the selection machine, taking my printed ballot off of the printer of that selection machine and verifying the selections, taking both the programmed card and the printed ballot to a worker at voting machine, handing the programmed card to the worker, inserting the printed ballot myself into the voting machine, and waiting for the voting machine to confirm acceptance of the ballot. I think we were both finished voting and back in the car in about 15-minutes total. I would not enjoy waiting in line for hours. But if the only option was to do so (or to not vote), I would wait in line for hours (and complain about it the whole time). I am very thankful for early voting. If they wait to tally the early votes until after the polls have closed on Election Day, so be it. I can understand that they might not want the early voting results to influence the election-day voters’ decisions.

You can tell the Dems know they are in trouble when they start rolling out the Trump/Vance/Musk are Hitler rhetoric and repeating the same long debunked stories about Trump hating the military.   Trump kept the military out of senseless wars.  Old Joe looked at his watch in boredom when they brought home dead soldiers.  Kacklin' Kamala never contacted the families of dead soldiers.

Despite all the hoopla about "record" early voting it is actual down by double digits in almost every state compared to 2020.  And the percentage of republican registered voters is up double digits in most states.  Good signs for Trump.  How are the polls even close with these results and Kamala sinking with Hispanics and males?

Many states pay big money for the Smartmatic voting machines and their "maintenance" personnel that run/maintain this equipment. With the use of computers, having to wait several days for a state to tabulate enough votes to declare a winner is totally Bogus. If a state is going to have to wait several days for computers to count their ballots, they might as well go back to the paper ballots and PAY REAL PEOPLE/RESIDENTS to hand count the Paper Ballots vs paying Smartmatic Millions/$$.

So many sad, long faces on CNN after that Kamala town hall last night.  They did their best to prop her up but she is absolutely hopeless.  Even in a softball environment.  It reminded me a lot of the reaction to Old Joe's disastrous debate.  They are starting to see the writing on the wall.   It's still going to be close due all the forces acting on her behalf, though.

They savaged Sarah Palin for being dumb. But, Harris issa Dem so the Fake News'ers do their best to gloss over her being a complete Dummy. The only way they can win is to rig it again. No other way. None.

I hope you are right.  The polls are mystifying, though.  They have it basically a tie, but when you dig down into the underlying data and compare it to 2020, Trump should be up ten points.  Kamala is down in every single category except abortion.  Early voting that saved Old Joe is down significantly overall from 2020.  Among those who have voted early, the number of registered Republicans is up significantly.  Everything points to a Trump landslide, but he could still lose according to the polls. Are the polls intentionally rigged to give hope to the Dems?  Otherwise it makes little sense.  Kamala is a terrible candidate.  With all the forces propping her up and the money rolling in from woke celebrities, she should have won easily.  Not picking Shapiro and going with "Tommy Boy" Walz might be the margin of difference if she loses PA and the election.
