I don't know what this means. what minority? - Look at what the rest of the world is saying.

- Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk: “Dear Zelensky, dear Ukrainian friends, you are not alone.”

- President of Lithuania Gitanas Nausea: “Ukraine, you’ll never walk alone.”

- Denmark Prime Minister Mette Frederiksen: “Dear Zelensky, Denmark proudly stands with Ukraine and the Ukrainian people.”

- French President Emmanual Macron: “There is an aggressor: Russia. There is a people being aggressed: Ukraine. We were all right to help Ukraine and sanction Russia three years ago and to continue doing so. We, that’s the Americans, the Europeans, Canadians, Japanese, and many others... Because they are fighting for their dignity, their independence, for their children, and for the security of Europe.”

- President of Moldova Maia Sandu: “The truth is simple. Russia invaded Ukraine. Russia is the aggressor. Ukraine defends its freedom—and ours. We stand with Ukraine.”

- Swedish Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson: “Sweden stands with Ukraine. You are not only fighting for your freedom but also for all of Europe’s. Slava Ukraini!”

- Incoming German Chancellor Friedrich Mer: “Dear Zelenskyy, we stand with Ukraine in good and in testing times. We must never confuse aggressor and victim in this terrible war.

- Crotia’s Prime Minister Andrej Plenković: “Croatia knows from its own experience that only a just peace can last. The Croatian Government stands firm in its belief that Ukraine needs such a peace - a peace that means sovereignty, territorial integrity, and a secure Europe.”

- Finland’s Prime Minister Petteri Orpo: “Finland and the Finnish people stand firmly with Ukraine. We will continue our unwavering support and work towards a just and lasting peace.”

- Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal: “We stand united with Zelenskyy and Ukraine in our fight for freedom. Always. Because it is right, not easy.”

- Ireland’s Deputy Prime Minister Simon Harris: “Ukraine is not to blame for this war brought about by Russia’s illegal invasion. We stand with Ukraine.“

- Latvia’s President Edgars Rinkevics: “Ukraine is a victim of the Russian aggression. It fights the war with the help from many friends and partners. We need to spare no effort for just and lasting peace. Latvia stands with Ukraine”

- Prime Minister of the Netherlands Dick Schoof: ”The Netherlands supports Ukraine as firmly as ever. Now more than ever. We want a lasting peace and an end to the war of aggression started by Russia. For Ukraine and its people, and for Europe.”

- Prime Minister of Luxembourg Luc Friedsen: “Luxembourg stands with Ukraine. You are fighting for your freedom and a rules based international order.

Why would the USA care what any of the above people think? What do they do for the USA? Putin and/or China even looks at any of them sideways and they will come crying to the USA to bail their arse out. Entirely one way street.  And when it comes to history and Hitler, FDR did everything he could for as long as he could to keep the U.S. out of that European mess. Just like Trump is now doing with respect to Ukraine.

Would it effect the U.S. negatively if mobbed-up fascist Putin or his successor were to invade Western Europe?

The level of ignorance is astounding. I have no reply - Here's the beginning of the world's response in action:

Not even the small % of neocon element left in the Republican Party wants to continue this stupid war.Not even Lindsey Graham thinks the war should continue.

But Hey, just when you think FINALLY the neocon warmonger GHWB element has been purged by the MAGA revolution, along comes the Neo Marxist Left party that takes over the Democrat party, and THEY now are the warmonger party on steroids. They don’t even care if it leads to WW3 because this same insane element of people advocate reduction of human population to 500 millon by 2040.

The Democrat Left Marxist party advocates WEF globalist agenda which is that you eat bugs, own nothing, that children be allowed have their genitalia  mutilated , that men should be allowed in women’s sports, that pedohiles and drag queens should be allowed in kindergarten classes , and that humans are bad for earth and that world population be reduced to 500 million by 2040.

These are the people advocating for Zelensky so that fact alone is enough for me to oppose any idea of wasting any more money to support Ukraine war.

Did Ukraine start the war?

Is 20% of its territory now under Russian control?

Have thousands of Ukrainian children been kidnapped by the Russians and shipped off to Russia?

An intriguing analysis has been circulating online regarding the psychological aspects of Zelensky’s meeting with Trump and Vance, conducted using ChatGPT.
From this analysis, it becomes evident that we have witnessed a true masterclass in gaslighting, manipulation, and coercion on the part of Trump and his entourage. Let’s break down the key points:

1. Blaming the victim for their own situation
Trump explicitly tells Zelensky: “You have allowed yourself to be in a very bad position.” This is classic abuser rhetoric—blaming the victim for their suffering. The implication is that Ukraine itself is responsible for being occupied by Russia and for the deaths of its people.

2. Pressure and coercion into ‘gratitude’
Vance demands that Zelensky say “thank you.” This is an extremely toxic tactic—forcing the victim to express gratitude for the help they desperately need, only to later accuse them of ingratitude if they attempt to assert their rights.

3. Manipulating the concept of ‘peace’
Trump claims that Zelensky is “not ready for peace.” However, what he actually means is Ukraine’s capitulation. This is a classic manipulation technique—substituting the idea of a just peace with the notion of surrender.

4. Refusing to acknowledge the reality of war
Trump repeatedly insists that Zelensky has “no cards to play” and that “without us, you have nothing.” This is yet another abusive tactic—undermining the victim’s efforts by asserting that they are powerless without the mercy of their ‘saviour.’

5. Devaluing the victims of war
“If you get a ceasefire, you must accept it so that bullets stop flying and your people stop dying,” Trump says. Yet, he ignores the fact that a ceasefire without guarantees is merely an opportunity for Russia to regroup and strike again.

6. Dominance tactics
Trump constantly interrupts Zelensky, cutting him off: “No, no, you’ve already said enough,” and “You’re not in a position to dictate to us.” This is deliberate psychological pressure designed to establish a hierarchy in which Zelensky is the subordinate.
7. Forcing capitulation under the guise of ‘diplomacy’
Vance asserts that “the path to peace lies through diplomacy.” This is a classic strategy where the aggressor is given the opportunity to continue their aggression unchallenged.

8. Projection and distortion of reality
Trump declares: “You are playing with the lives of millions of people.” Yet, in reality, it is he who is doing exactly that—shifting responsibility onto Zelensky.

9. Creating the illusion that Ukraine ‘owes’ the US
Yes, the US is assisting Ukraine, but presenting this aid as “you must obey, or you will receive nothing” is not a partnership—it is financial and military coercion.

10. Undermining Ukraine’s resistance
Trump states that “if it weren’t for our weapons, this war would have ended in two weeks.” This is an attempt to erase Ukraine’s achievements and portray its efforts as entirely dependent on US support.

Conclusion
Trump and his team employed the full spectrum of abusive tactics: gaslighting, victim-blaming, coercion into gratitude, and manipulation of the concepts of peace and diplomacy. This was not a negotiation—it was an attempt to force Zelensky into accepting terms beneficial to the US but potentially fatal for Ukraine.

Nobody wants funding of any war. How do you flip this AGAINST a battle for democracy?
Read a history book. You are truly ignorant.

So profoundly stupid to suggest that we double down on the type of hopeless, endless conflicts of which the "history books" are full.  Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, and so forth.  All for nothing.  The history books also give us a lesson on how the first world war started.  A regional conflict that drew in the major powers through a series of alliances until the entire world was at war over places they had never heard of.  Sound familiar?  Trump is trying to stop that.  It amazes me that anyone wants the US to continue to fund an endless war with no plan or way for ending it.  Just on and on and on.

I'm confused.  You were just saying Russia is close to "collapse."  But they are somehow a threat to "Europe."   Get your warmongering narrative straight.  You can't have it both ways.  If Russia is a threat to "Europe." then they and Ukraine are free to fight on if that's what they want.  The US is finally putting its own interest ahead of those of others.  Not every wrong has to be righted by the US.  There are multiple conflicts around the world.  The US does not need to intervene in every instance.   Those days are finally over.
