Trump’s arrest of Columbia student marks new turn in immigration crackdown debate

"Trump on Monday called Khalil a “Radical Foreign Pro-Hamas Student” and said his arrest was the “first arrest of many to come” and that “We will find, apprehend, and deport these terrorist sympathizers from our country — never to return again.” He added, without evidence, that “Many are not students, they are paid agitators” — a longstanding, but inaccurate, talking point among critics.Trump on Monday called Khalil a “Radical Foreign Pro-Hamas Student” and said his arrest was the “first arrest of many to come” and that “We will find, apprehend, and deport these terrorist sympathizers from our country — never to return again.” He added, without evidence, that “Many are not students, they are paid agitators” — a longstanding, but inaccurate, talking point among critics."

Fantastic news!  Ending the insanity of granting the privilege to come to our country and abusing that privilege by engaging in radical, hate fueled actions.  Time to clean house on anti-American and anti-Israel radicals who hate the very country that offers them opportunties.  They have no right to be here.  The US is granting them an opportunity which they have spit on.

He has a green card.

He has a green card.

So what?  That merely grants him the privilege to come here legally.  His conduct got him kicked out.  Better late than never.  Hopefully many more such examples are made until those that want to come to the US have some respect for the country that is granting them this privilege.  It is outrageous that anyone would abuse the privilege by advocating for terrorism and genocide.

That's complete unhinged TDS because you apparently don't understand or won't acknowledge the important distinction between a green card holder who is granted the conditional privilege to come to the US and a US citizen.  You think it is fine for someone to come to the US on a green card and then advocate for a group that the US has designated a terrorist organization?   Terrorizing Jewish students on US college campuses with threats of genocide like the real brown shirts of the 1930s.  The irony of invoking "brown shirts" while advocating on behalf of an anti-Semitic individual is hilarious.  Do you realize that Trump has actually deported FEWER people so far than even Old Joe?  And that Obama deported a whopping three million people.  If I had any major criticism of Trump, it's that he has not been as ruthless in deporting illegal aliens and those who hate the US as he promised.  Not even close.  Hopefully that changes.

He exercised his right to speak.  The US government is exercising its right to revoke his green card and send him back.  They have the authority to do that.  He is not a citizen.  He is here on a conditional basis.  He was granted the privilege to come here.  If someone is invited into your house and becomes offensive, you can kick them out.  They have no right to be offensive in your home.   They become a trespasser once the permission to be there has been revoked.

When you say "offensive," do you mean like Zelensky was when he wore wartime clothes to his meeting with The Traitorous Orange Dude and J. V. Trance?
