There has never been a ceasefire plan until this week for Putin to even consider.  Old Joe had no plan except endless war.  No Republican is trying to destroy Medicare.  LOL.  That is leftist fearmongering.  If social programs are in trouble, it's because all the money has been blown on woke spending and endless wars.  Blame Biden for there being no money.   It's unfortunate that millions of illegal aliens were allowed to bring measles into the border states.  The vaccine is widely available to anyone who wants it.  All they have to do is go to the doctor.  RFK isn't stopping anyone from getting it.
