'Segregated facilities' are no longer explicitly banned in federal contracts

"The way that they're implementing this in the contracting field is essentially subverting democracy — you're supposed to allow agencies to comment on this, contracting officers to comment on it, and think through the implications carefully," the worker said. "By doing this, they're essentially ramming things through hoping no one's going to notice."

I haven't lost anything and once again have no idea what you are talking about.
You continue to make some argument that doesn't even exist.

And I thought Trump just won the most recent election.  And that he won the popular vote.  And that he is now the President.  And that the Republicans won the House and Senate.  And that conservatives outnumbered the liberals on the Supreme Court.  And that Dems were at their lowest approval rating in history and were throwing Molotov cocktails at electric cars.  LOL.  So much winning.  Almost unparalleled in American politics.  A clean sweep of the insane, woke ideology.

How can you be so wise about the anomaly-replete JFKA (which the KGB* has been making nation-rending CT hay out of since Day One), Smith, and so utterly ignorant about what's going on in America as a result of those, and other, CTs?

Are you a Russian troll?

You sound like a Russian troll.

*Today's SVR and FSB

Take a break from your paranoid Russia obsession.  Which statement are you taking issue with?  1) That democrats did not acknowledge a kid with cancer; 2) that democrats support funding an open ended war in Ukraine which has already cost billions with no plan for how it ends; 3) that they are crying a river about the deportation of violent illegal gang members; or 4) that violent leftists upset at the politics of Elon Musk are burning and vandalizing his car dealerships?
