These people have been radicalized by a decade of endless leftist propaganda.  It boils down to this.  Anything that Trump does is evil.  Anyone who does not condemn him is a Nazi.  Logic, common sense, or facts cannot dissuade them of this fantasy.  Many - like Martin from "Europe" - appear to hate America and prefer to put the interests of illegal immigrants and foreign countries over those of America because Trump does the opposite.  The level of hatred and violence by the left is frightening.  Many are completely obsessed with Trump and Musk.  They are assaulting people for having contrary views, vandalizing cars, and throwing Molotov cocktails.  College professors are attacking their own students for exercising free speech in support of Republicans.   These radicalized leftists support violent anti-American and anti-Semite terrorist organizations like Hamas whose operatives threaten Jewish students on American campuses.   Domestic terrorism.  It's sick.

Just keep telling yourself this BS... Perhaps, one day, you will actually believe it.

It boils down to this.  Anything that Trump does is evil.

No it isn't. Its stupid, plain and simple.

Anybody who believes that crashing the stock market, increasing inflation prices, alienating most of the countries in the world, insulting foreign leaders and threatening Canada, Greenland/Denmark and Panama, destroying people's future by illegal mass firings and reducing their 401k entitlement, and arresting innocent American citizens and shipping them to El Salvador is a good thing needs his head examined. Shall I make an appointment for you?

Over half a million people at 1200 locations in 50 states have attended mass demonstrations against Trump and Musk. I wonder why.....

The fact that I was experienced enough to make that statement clearly went over your head.

Seriously?

Thanks for the copy and paste that reinforces my point, the "minority applicant" automatically wins.

Huh? Like I said in my first post, I want the best applicant regardless of colour, ethnicity or gender!

JohnM

that reinforces my point, the "minority applicant" automatically wins.

So, it was you who said it..... thanks for confirming that.

Next time don't try to put words in my mouth.

Huh? Like I said in my first post, I want the best applicant regardless of colour, ethnicity or gender!

And that's what the DEI policy is all about, so why are you against DEI?

The US is $38 trillion in debt and counting.  Not sustainable.  That situation arose from the corruption and incompetence of the establishment politicians that have ruined the US over the last 50 years.  What would our resident leftists have us do?  Stick our heads in the sand and pretend it ain't so?   Wait for the entire country to go bankrupt or try to reform the situation before it's too late?  Trump is making efforts to do the latter.  He inherited a disaster caused by both Republicans and Democrats.  That means some short-term pain.  It means holding our "allies" accountable to give us a fair shake.  Nothing more or less.  If the countries we compete with are happy about the status quo, that means that they are getting the better end of the deal.

I don't like the idea of appropriation, it's like the American Black women/men getting angry with white people who wear Dutch braids but they're called "Dutch" braids for a reason! The Nazi's didn't invent that type of salute, it's been part of human culture for centuries, it's unfortunate that it has been associated with Nazi's but how long will it be before we can't make any hand gesture because of some evil connotation? Elon Musk has done a lot of good for humanity, like his internet satellite system, his rockets saving those stranded astronauts, saving the planet with Electric cars, that brain link which helps the handicapped and a lot of other stuff.

JohnM

Mytton,

I've always disliked your meathead Rodney Dangerfield visage and your JFKA-correct but long-winded / graphics-heavy / heavily bolded posts, and now I don't particularly care for you very much.

Just curious: Did you support Putin-approved BREXIT by any chance?

Even after a decade of radicalization by leftist media propaganda, I still find it hard to believe that even the most deranged Trump hater thinks that Elon Musk gave the Hitler salute in front of a live audience.   He was apparently like Dr. Strangelove and could not control himself in their minds.  That level of hatred and disassociation from reality is frightening.  Musk is not a Nazi.  Trump is not a Nazi.  The real Nazis of "Europe" would have thrown Trump in a concentration camp along with his Jewish daughter and grandchildren.  Do you know who is acting like the Nazis?  The leftists who promote anti-Semitism by supporting Hamas including threatening Jewish students on American campuses.  That is exactly the type of thing the Nazis did.

I must have missed the answer to the question as to what the US is supposed to do about a $38 trillion and counting debt with the money running out for obligations like Social Security.  Tariffs won't work according to leftists.  We still have to send billions to Ukraine according to leftists.  We can't cut social security, Medicaid or any other existing programs according to leftists.   We have to continue to fund the national defense of "Europe" and rest of the world.  We have to open our borders to tens of millions of unknown people from around the world and then pay their health care, housing, and education.  Obsessive hatred of Trump and hoaxes about Musk are not a plan.  So again what is the plan?  By default it appears to be to stick to the status quo, keep spending as though there are no problems, and let the country collapse in financial ruin in a few years.
