The problem is, that same circular, low-def glitch can be found all over the photo, all over the trees and bushes.
The photos you posted as being "the best" that we have at out disposal are still of appalling quality when blown up and don't match the blow-ups that we see in all the "Badgeman" videos and articles, books,...
We always see that nice blown up "Badgemen" image but never anything a few steps back, to put it more clearly in the context of the whole image.
That said, as I said on another recent thread, Gordon Arnold's account (of a guy with a rifle at the picket fence in a police uniform attacking him and taking his cine film) backs up the existance of "Badgeman".
