If you accept that the Dallas fire department used red rings on buildings for a fire safety purpose, then maybe the better question is wouldn't the use of such rings on buildings that already had red rings be a bit confusing to your conspirators?  How would they know, for example, if they were there for fire purposes or as a "signal"?  LOL.  Keep them coming though.  That is comedy gold.

I'll even add some suggested dialogue for your fiction writing:

LBJ: "Now Lady Bird if you see them yonder red rings, get down cause there gonna be some shootin' in the Big D.  Hee Haw!"

Please post a photo that shows red rings in the windows of any other building in Dallas on 11-22-63

"As you move away from the map and plaque and head northward toward the Depository, you spot the window from which Oswald fired. It is on the sixth floor at the righthand (southeast) corner, to the right of and one row above a window marked with a red circle., (The circle designates a fire lane—an upper entrance that must be kept free of obstructions to allow the Fire Department to enter; similar circles can be found on buildings all over Dallas.)"

One row down and one row west of the 6th flor SE corner window places a red ring above Junior Jarman's head ...JJ was kneeling behind the third open window from the east end of the 5th floor.....Ther was infact a red ring above his head and to the left of Jarman.   Many photos show that there were five other red rings in the 5th , 6th, and seventh floor windows..(2 rings on 5th, 3 rings on 6th, and 1 red ring on 7th floors)

How would a fireman know which window was the escape window??   Many photos reveal that the area behind the windows was NOT clear of obstructions....

Go try blowing yer smoke on someone who is gullible enough to believe your BS!

Gary Mack and others have explained this to you more times than I can count.  The fact that you don't accept it is your problem.  There is no doubt whatsoever that the red rings or circles are related to fire safety.  Here is the relevant explanation from "Assassination and Commemoration" by Stephen Fagin:

"a painted red circle - actually a Dallas Fire Department indicator noting where to access the building from a ladder truck"

"all downtown buildings had sported similar red circles on upper floor windows."

Fagin cites a May 9, 1941 Dallas Morning News article "Fire Hazards infest Dallas, speaker warns".

A "painted" red circle ( singular)  ......There were multiple red circles in the windows of the TSBD ( THREE on the 6th floor )  And it's clear ( see Tom Dillard's photo) . that the eastern most  circle on the sixth floor was NOT unobstructed.

And by examining the photo taken by Jim Murray ( page 523 POTP) it's very clear that the red ring in the window ( 2nd window from east end on 5th floor) above Junior Jarman's head in Tom Dillard' s 12:30 photo has been removed when Jim Murray took the photo of Sergeant Gerald Hill leaning ou of a sixth floor window.   IOW... The "painted on" red ring that was there at 12:30 had been removed by 1:10.

"all downtown buildings had sported similar red circles on upper floor windows."

Show me a photo from 11/22/63 that shows another building in Dallas that had a red ring in an upper floor window....

Fagin cites a May 9, 1941 Dallas Morning News article "Fire Hazards infest Dallas, speaker warns".

1941!!!....  This was shortly before Pearl Harbor...... and there were rumors of enemy planes having the ability to  bomb US cities.....   Which would have created fire hazardsin many tall buildings that were not equipped with fire escapes.   Which raises a real conundrum  for you....  Why would the TSBD need RED RINGS to identify fire escape routes, when the building was equipped with a fire escape on the east side of the building??

You are taking issue with whether red circle is singular or plural while ignoring the documented evidence that such circles were painted on Dallas buildings?  And then discussing Pearl Harbor?  Wow.  Can you understand that even if you disagree that they were necessary, that these red rings were still used by the Dallas Fire Department?  No one has to explain or be an historian of Dallas fire safety practices to confirm that the red circles were used for that purpose.

Maybe the shooter was hypnotized by the MK ultra project  to respond to red circles? 😵‍💫

My dear thick skulled dufus, .....The point is:    You cite a fire department directive that was issued in May of 1941, over twenty three years prior to November of 1963...And the directive was for buildings  over six stories tall and were not equipped with exterior fire escapes.

AND that directive stated that there should be ONE window designated as a fire escape window.

The TSBD had SIX windows with red rings in the windows...( The sixth floor had THREE red rings in different windows ) And one of the windows is obviously obstructed by boxes, which violates the directive.

Please explain how the firemen could know where to place their ladder??  ....

Please post a photo that shows red rings in the windows of any other building in Dallas on 11-22-63

PS.... I doubt that you'll answer the questions..... Because you can't.
