The TSBD Windows (before the motorcade)

Here is a copy of a memo from Barnett to Curry in which he says he checked the windows of the TSBD around 11:00 am and they were closed (see the text pointed to by the red arrow). I have been searching for any other evidence that might confirm the closed windows. If anyone knows of or comes across anything of this nature, please let me know. Thanks.

When I left school to see the parade....[I was a student at Dallas Bryan Adams High] ...it was around 11 AM and it was definitely not raining as I recall.
When we got downtown ...the sky could not have been any bluer as I remember.
When I saw the motorcade, I was 6 blocks east of Dealey Plaza.
I looked up the weather history on that day just for interest------

Thanks for the reply. I have read numerous reports that it was raining earlier that morning. But I’m not sure what time it started clearing up and how long the clearing process took. Here’s one report from Bobby Joe Dale in “No More Silence” by Larry Sneed:

“We rode casually out to Love Field in groups of four or five together riding slowly since it was raining and we were being careful. While we were waiting in the restricted area at Love Field for the plane to arrive, it cleared off, the streets dried, and everybody came out of their rain gear.”

11:38 a.m. CST: Air Force One arrives at Love Field in Dallas. 11:44 a.m. CST: The Kennedys and Connallys disembark Air Force One and are greeted by the Johnsons.

So, it appears that the sky was very clear at Love Field at about 11:44 am on 11/22/63. But what about Dealey Plaza at about 11:00 am?

What I really would like to see is a good quality photograph of the south face of the TSBD that shows which windows were open around 12:00 noon (+/- about 10 minutes or so). It would need to be prior to the ambulance arrival to pick up the epileptic. If one exists…
