Here we can see the cabinet that Foster stood on.
The 2 yellow lines are Foster's view of the manhole, & his view of where Hickey's shot-2 possibly hit grass.

Thanks for posting this overhead view of Dealey Plaza. I realize this is probably a pic taken the following day, but that is a very Large Stain inside the Parking Lot. That Large Stain is close to the very (N) end of the N-S section of the picket fence. Very close to the section of picket fence that the guy/kid is peering over on Towner 3. Whatever caused this Large Stain, could be what attracted that guy/kid's attention and enticed him to climb atop the picket fence. Also, per Skinny Holland during his Mark Lane walk-through, that parking lot was Jammed with cars on 11/22/63. There woulda been a vehicle parked/positioned where we now see that Large Stain.

Also, how could anyone on the tup be looking near the manhole in question when jfk was way way left in their field of view?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Unless of course the proposition is that the shot(s) that hit grass/manhole were at near say Z400, ie when jfk was near the manhole.
The stain haztabe water, ie where there had been a rain puddle in the graveled carpark.
Judging by the shadows the pix was late arvo.
And the carpark would be near empty on Saturdays i think, or at least on Saturday arvos.
The fact that there are any cars at all must be due to the shooting on the Friday.
See the 2 big cabinets, near the splay, near lots of gawkers during the shots, & one of thems cabinets is where Hoffman says a tossee dissassembled a rifle, ie in full view of say 15 gawkers, including 2 cops.

As I said, Holland told Mark Lane that the parking lot was jammed with cars. Probably parked in there every which way. This means that spot would have had a car over it that morning. No rain puddling in 1 single spot like that and the rest of the parking lot clean. I'm not a coincidence guy, so the proximity of that Large Spot to the Towner 3 guy/kid peering over the picket fence can Not be ignored. That Large Spot could easily be the result of a stray bullet(s). Remember that Gordon Arnold spoke of "report" going back-n-forth after he dove to the ground near the large tree back there. Connect the dots.

There is NO "puddling" anywhere on either side of Elm St like that large spot we see just inside the N-S Section of the Picket Fence. Most likely Tranny Fluid or Oil. The ground/dirt is flat-out incapable of absorbing it. Anybody that has dealt with spills such as this knows that you need something Industrial or Kitty Litter to soak it up. At that point a clean-up can then ensue. TOWNER 3 and that guy/kid climbing high atop the picket fence is tied to this Large Spot. A vehicle losing either tranny fluid or oil to this degree would be difficult to move. Especially with many cars having Manual Transmissions in 1963. That guy/kid is watching the on-going scramble to get that now disabled vehicle outta the parking lot.
