Steve,
No evidence at all that the New Orleans DRE were Joannides' "agents." According to extensive research by Dale Myers, the DRE delegation included just two men-Bringuier and Hernandez. Myers and Morley had a back and forth on the subject and Myers reviewed documentation Morley provided to support his assertion that there were four members of the DRE in NO. Not surprisingly, he came to a different conclusion than Morley. But even if that were true, I am aware of no evidence that any of these four men were "agents" of Joannides. See the following for more info:

Bringuier said he never met Joannides, knew nothing about him. Without Bringuier in this matter it never happens; everything came from his meeting with Oswald and his response to it. The confrontation and arrest, the letter, Oswald's radio debate (which was setup when Bringuier met Stuckey), et cetera. So if Joannides didn't direct Bringuier how was he and CI/Angleton behind this supposed "Oswald was part of a counter intelligence operation" claim by Morley?
Morley's not just making up connections between dots he's making up the dots too.
Thanks. Good work for a CIA disinformation agent. Our tax dollars are finally going for good work <g>.
