Does anyone have access to photos of Officer Foster at the scene on the 22nd?
Does anyone have good evidence to identify this person in a police uniform sitting on the bridge/overpass?

This one photo is the most damning of any and every LN theory...
This cop (or paid assassin dressed up like a cop) sitting on the bridge and partially hidden behind the bridge supports, is in the perfect place to kill the president... who was sitting in a car moving directly toward this cop (the very best position as any hunter or sniper would attest) - a car that was slowed to a snail's pace by a secret service agent who was rubber-necking, looking back at the president until the fatal shot was fired...

This seems to me an almost perfect example of what I call Conspiracy Logic (as opposed to actual Logic). Patrolmen Foster and White - that's Foster in your photo - both testified they were assigned to the overpass to make sure no unauthorized personnel entered the area. To not have placed anyone there would have been grossly negligent on the part of the DPD (and prime fodder for conspiracy theorists, no?). Foster testified that ten or eleven railroad workers were working on the tracks when he arrived and were allowed to remain. At the time of the shots, they were in front of him at the banister. None of them suggested that Foster had done anything out of the ordinary, let alone fired a shot at JFK. No one suggested that anyone fired a shot from the banister.

In response to an offhand question, Foster testified he went "immediately" to the back of the TSBD. Since this was a 100-yard trek through a frenzied crowd, by immediately he obviously meant "directly" and not "instantanously."

By Conspiracy Logic, however, Foster is an assassin who perjured himself in his WC testimony, and a perfectly explainable photo is "the most damning" to any LN theory. What??? Surely you jest. This is why serious conspiracy theorists wish this sort of stuff would just go away and stop embarrassing them.
