Factual and fascinating.
Not completely factual, but considering that Liebler was reviewing the book prior to publication in September of 1964, and using what he believed were facts, it's not bad, and definitely worth reading.
Mr. Cakebread, I meant factual in the sense that a genuine document is presented, not hearsay or theories.
And yes, it's fascinating that Liebeler, a staunch WC defender/advocate I believe - correct me if I am wrong, please - is expressing such concerns about the report, in a private communication that he might (?) have believed would never be released to the public.
