How do you 'fix' a dead man?

492 people died in that fire.

I know of a case where a man shot 5 people on a hunting trip, some hundred miles away. The police went to where the man lived and patrolled the general area in case someone was going to take the law into their own hands.  Man.

Ms. Irma James Vanzan was in front of the TSBD with her sister during the shots. She saw Honest Joe's vehicle passing by on Elm Street. Her interview is 11-minute long. This a portion of it.
