or unless you like the rendition of a cut and paste job as they had a hard time placing him on the Top step during his questioning at the WC.  It seems they had a hard time getting him to say he was on the top step.  He does however state that he thinks the shots came from in front of the car and not from his building.   This would be a direct contradiction of what the WC would have wanted him to say.
