Thanks for the GIFs.

Yes, it's blurry but there is nothing in this sequence of the Nix film above that indicates to me that a shot blew out the back of JFK's head. It appears that "spray" comes out the right side. The back of the head appears to me to be completely intact.

I removed the GIF to save space.

To me, this Nix GIF sequence I see quite clearly a spray projecting at an obtuse angle of about 120/140 from the top of JFK's head towards the front of the limo. It looks to come from the rear --- In my mind

Robin: Is it possible to zero in on the fifth/sixth floors in that Hughes clip? Something like was done here in a still frame from the PBS Frontline special "Who Was Lee Harvey Oswald?"
