Writer Steve Revelles investigation into the JFK assassination formed a core part of "The Men Who Killed Kennedy" series. The section can be seen in the below video starting at 1 hour 12 minutes and 30 seconds. A quick google search seems to show up nothing on Steve Revelle or his interesting investigation.

At one key point an envelope is produced that promises to reveal secrets to the Kennedy assassination (see 1 hour and 35 minutes). Does anyone know what was in the envelope when it was opened?
