A battle hardened Highly decorated WW2 Veteran & Seasoned Street Cop REALIZES he dealing with a dangerous criminal , springs into action jumping out of the car reaching for his gun and is shot down fumbling for his gun like an ignorant rookie by a nervous agitated punk like Oswald .
How is that possible ?
Somebody look me in the eye and explain that to me ?

You have presented your own narrative. We don't know that Tippit realized that he was dealing with a dangerous criminal.
Your narrative made me laugh because it reminded me of this:

Wouldn't a cop have to be an idiot after saying something to make Oswald suddenly lift up and back away from the passenger side window with his hands raised up , in his Eisenhower jacket, The same type jacket that the fugitive assassin of the United States President was described as wearing and not be prepared to confront a killer ?
Or do you think it would have been better for him to shakes hands with the guy first ?

Isn't this essentially an exact duplicate of your other thread on the same subject?
Did you decide that my little challenge to explain to us what you think this is all about made it time to move on from the other thread? I hope not.
Here, I'll get you started: Tippit was a desperate man on November 22nd because he had impregnated one of Ruby's strippers who was about to be unemployed ... AND while Oswald was in the rooming house on Beckley, Tippit appeared in front and tooted his horn before driving away ... AND Tippit, a WW2 vet and hardened cop, subsequently stopped Oswald in Oak Cliff and mysteriously allowed himself to be shot ... AND THE SIGNIFICANCE OF ALL THIS IS [fill in the blank] IN THE CONTEXT OF MY THEORY THAT [fill in the blank].

When would Tippit have heard that the fugitive assassin of the United States President was described as wearing an Eisenhower type jacket?

So you see Tippit's lack of precaution as someone he has just exchanged angry words with backs away from the car with hands held up, as his police radio crackles constantly about the search for the president's killer and then just walks into Oswald's spray of bullets without even getting his gun drawn as being how any seasoned cop would have gotten themselves killed as well ?
" Tippit didn't secure or guard his pistol and the first shot hit the officer in the temple, suggesting Tippitt was looking away."

No, I am asking YOU to explain what YOU think the significance of the points you are making actually is. You say on the other thread that Tippit was trying to get Oswald into the car as quietly and with as little notice as possible. OK, this is your theory, but WHY? What was he going to do with Oswald in the car? Why would his actions be consistent with someone trying to get Oswald into the car as quietly as possible? I'm not pretending not to understand - I really don't understand.
My theory is that Tippit simply didn't realize he was in a life-threatening situation until it was too late, but I'm willing to listen to your theory if you will ever just state what it is. The reason that Tippit wanted to get Oswald into the car quietly was ... what?
Just saying "Those don't seem like the actions of a hardened cop on the day of a Presidential assassination" really doesn't tell us anything. And I might say "Well, yes, they do, if he was simply stopping a guy who turned and started walking in the other direction on a residential sidewalk far from the scene of the assassination less than an hour after the assassination." It strikes me as ad hoc to insist Tippit must have had "This could be the assassin!" in the forefront of his mind.

Based on what I have read, some of the cops who actually knew Tippit well and had worked alongside him said that Tippit had a bad habit of looking away from suspects that he approached instead of maintaining his eyes on them. This bad habit is what they believed got him killed.
Add to that bad habit the fact that LHO’s brother Robert wrote in his book “Lee” that LHO had very quick reflexes. Robert based his assessment of LHO’s reflex actions on games he and LHO played on each other as they were growing up. Going from my memory only, the games went something like faking a surprise punch at each other to basically “test” the other’s reaction time.
So, it seems reasonable to me that LHO probably just took advantage of the situation when Tippit looked away and very quickly drew his pistol and began shooting. I do believe I read that LHO did also train with a pistol while in the marines. If so, I believe that that training would have also been helpful in giving LHO an advantage in this situation.

" Tippit didn't secure or guard his pistol and the first shot hit the officer in the temple, suggesting Tippitt was looking away."
Oswald walked over to Tippit's car and exchanged words with him through an open vent window.[31] Tippit opened his car door and began walking to the front of the car. Oswald then drew his handgun and fired four shots in rapid succession. Three bullets hit Tippit in the chest, and as he lay on the ground, another shot hit his right temple, killing him instantly.

Tippit obviously had no idea he was "dealing with a dangerous criminal".
Also, Tippit most likely took his eyes off of Oswald in order to avoid the approaching pickup truck driven by Domingo Benavides. Think about it.

No one described the presidential assassin as wearing a jacket.

Tippit most likely couldn't see Oswald sitting in the theater from nearly a mile away.

Tippit was half a mile from the Texas theater when Oswald shot him.
