You should welcolme this evidence. Haven't you been a big proponent of only two shots from the window?

NO!!.....  I believe the carcano was hidden beneath the boxes of books in the NW corner of the 6th floor, at the time JFK was murdered.   The carcano was not fired that day....and no shots were fired from the window.

What about BR Williams and Howard Brennan both stating there were two shots from the window? Harold Norman and James Jarman both stated they heard the shots come from the window above them. The sixth floor window of the TSBD.

Please post verification that either Williams, or Brennan stated that two shots were fired from that window....

Williams said he heard TWO   TWO   TWO shots.....   he then went to the WEST end of the 5th floor.

Jarman & Norman were with him....Wht didn't they hear the shots....
WHY the hell wouldn't he have told Jarman and Norman that the shots came from the sixth floor, so why were they looking out toward the railroad yard?  And Why wouldn't Williams have told the first police officer he met that the shots had been fire from the sixth floor??

I believe that by the time Williams gave his affidavit he had learned that they had found TWO spent shells  in the SE corner of the sixth floor and simply made up the tale about the shots from above....

Walt, John's posting of BRW's 11/22 affidavit pretty much sinks the boat about no shots from the 6th floor window.

There is real life verifiable evidence based on the information taken from the shells and rifle themselves that point to there only having been two shots. A key part of that evidence is supplied by Josiah Thompson's observation of all the other shells and also the FBI's report stating it was a mark from the chamber of the rifle. A mark is that is missing from the shell casing listed as CE 543 and CE 543 alone.

In the words of Chief Curry, no witness identified LHO. So, the question remains if the assassin is not LHO then who was it, but the shots came from the TSBD 6th floor window.

Yes, I believe that there was evidence that only two shots were fired....I believe the TWO spent shells were dumped there to make it appear that the shots had been fired from that site.   That was the original plot to make Lee look guilty of firing AT AT AT ( not actually hitting ) the president.....   And Lee Oswald himself was probably the person who planted them, and hid the rifle beneath the boxes of books...BUT no shots were actually fired from that window.

Later the plotters had to add a third shell when it became clear that the vast majority of witnesses reported hearing three shots.

Just because shots were heard above them doesn’t necessarily mean they came from the sixth floor.

True!......  But I doubt that Williams heard any shots from above them. He incorporated the two shots from above, AFTER he had heard that they had found two spent shells near the 6th floor, SE corner window.  If he had heard shots from somewhere above why didn't he tell Jarman and Norman....and why is he seen looking down toward the triple underpass in Dilliard's photo ?  Williams didn't hear any shots from above!
