That is rich coming from the very person who actually used an alias and falsely claimed they had a legal background. There is a video of the incident. Anyone can watch it. That is pretty good evidence. We don't have to rely on kooks to speculate about what happened. But let's play along. Do you have any reason or facts to cast doubt on this conclusion? It shows a man with a knife chasing the police while they attempt to back away. And he keeps coming at them. It is a text book example of the lawful use of deadly force in self defense. What would you have done in that situation?
That is rich coming from the very person who actually used an alias and falsely claimed they had a legal background. So said "Judge Richard Smith" [which btw is an alias!] without having a shred of evidence for his false claims.....
There is a video of the incident. Yes, there are multiple videos of the incident and in none of them do you see the victim running towards the police trying to stab them.
What you do see is two officers with guns drawn all the time at a safe distance from the victim, who is walking, and still shooting him multiple times.
We don't have to rely on kooks to speculate about what happened.Indeed, so stop telling us what happened, kook!
Do you have any reason or facts to cast doubt on this conclusion? Yes... the conclusion is coming from just about the most biased person there is; You!
It is a text book example of the lawful use of deadly force in self defense. You clearly haven't read the text book...
What would you have done in that situation?Immobilize him by either taser or shooting him in his leg.... Not by opening up with two guns and shooting him multiple times.
Btw, you might not understand this, but if the first shot immobilized him, all subsequent can be deemed by law to be use of excessive force resulting in manslaughter or wrongful death.
