You didn't answer any of the substantive points.  Name one Justice that has been appointed by a Dem who has not voted the party line.  There isn't one.  They vote straight down the party line.  So if you are objecting to Supreme Court justices that are influenced by policies and politics apply it to them all and not just those appointed by republicans (who ironically do occasionally not vote a straight party line).  And if you are advocating "court packing," then why shouldn't Trump name additional justices before he leaves office etc?

There was nothing substantive in your opinion.

What do the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) and Epstein have in common?   Blackmail!  Interesting to see how this plays out.   This Hunter video was on his laptop and may have involved his niece Natalie - FBI says nothing of it.  I guess Hilary could have a private server at home, smash her devices and have her husband meet on a tarmack - why would this even make news?

Don't watch the link unless you want to see Hunter smoking crack and taking selfies of himself while he amuses himself with a girl. It has been somewhat censored.  Apparently it was released in an attempt to prevent the CCP from using it against the Biden's.

Donald Trump......the candidate who put the con into conservative.

For all of you who aren’t aware yet, maybe consider the Mussolini playbook for introducing authoritarianism. It likely won’t work this time because Trump is a moron. Be afraid however of the smarter Republicans, those who have yet to speak out at this attempt. They are the ones who would willingly give up democracy to retain power. There was always a reasonable support base for a populist leader with appeal to the anti intellectual, racist, nationalist groups. The problem for them is getting enough votes to obtain power from a fair election. The answer is to claim it was rigged. Unfortunately there are too many states this time to turn. The question now is not if but when. 2024?

Here's an excellent chart that shows how Cuomo got COVID-19 under control in New York after Donald Trump refused to do his job and save American lives preparing us for this deadly pandemic. You can easily see the bulk of COVID-19 deaths occurred at the initial outbreak in March and April then began to taper off as mask mandates along with stay at home orders were implemented. No surprise as soon as it was business as usual again, we saw spikes occur in deaths, hospitalizations, and infections. That's what Republicans were demanding, so once again, the recent COVID explosion is all on them.

What do we take from this? Failed and neglectful GOP lack of leadership caused massive death, infections, and hospitalizations. Mask mandates and stay at home orders significantly reduced the number of deaths and new infections.

These are the facts and don't let any right wing propagandist try to tell you otherwise.

Obama DID appoint a justice per his constitutional role.  The Senate did not confirm him.  Do the Justices that have been appointed by the Dems "apply the law" and not implement policies?  They vote a straight party line for dem supported causes.  The republs are the only ones to every break party ranks per your example of Roberts.  Your "logic" seems to run only one direction.  If Trump had suggested court packing to approves his policies as the dems are doing, he would have been vilified as a dictator who didn't respect the checks and balances of the judiciary.  But when the libs do it, it is hunky dory.

BS:

False.

"The Turtle" Moscow Mitch McConnell refused to even have a vote on Merrick Garland who would have easily been voted through. He said the people "should decide" and left the Supreme Court seat open for 10 months. This year they couldn't wait to ram through unqualified handmaid Amy Covid Barrett during the tail end of the campaign going against their bogus reasoning in 2016.

Donald Trump spent 4 years packing the courts with far right wing extremists but these same judges are ruling against him in court as they throw out his bogus and frivolous lawsuits. So the joke is on him.

We all know how Joe Biden won the election from his basement! He defied all odds and won.   If you have a mail-in ballot system it better be like Oregon (so said Obama) where the signatures are on record and can be compared to those sending in the votes to prove validity.   It seems that was the difference.  Paper ballots are the only way to avoid VLT fraud and make elections valid on election day.

:D :D :D

Right wing NewsMax video.

Let's get the facts straight here. The odds were never against Joe Biden. Biden was always the overwhelming favorite to win the election.

Joe Biden led Donald Trump in every single poll (from February-November) even before he was the Democratic Presidential Nominee. Biden led in EVERY national poll after he was confirmed the Democratic Presidential Nominee. Biden also led in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania in EVERY single poll as well.

The majority of Democrats voted by mail so the right wing voting machine claim is total nonsense. Also, the House had two bills to change the voting machines to paper ballots and Moscow Mitch refused to even take the bill up for a vote in the Senate as it's still collecting dust on his desk.

And finally, there was no "voter fraud" because Trump's own officials said "this was the most secure election in history". Which is the reason Republican judges are throwing out these bogus lawsuits left and right because there is no evidence of any voter fraud.

Trump’s own officials say 2020 was America’s most secure election in history
Homeland Security put out a statement with state and local officials that countered the president’s fraud claims

Poor Old Joe.  They let him out of the basement to play with his dog and he breaks his foot.   A frail old guy like that needs to be under supervision at the rest home.  He is not going to last six months in the WH before Kantala and the radicals invoked the 25th Amendment.  I feel sorry of the guy.  It is sad.  Like watching Mueller try to figure out where he was during that hearing on the Russian hoax.  Exploiting individuals with obvious dementia is cruel.
