Poor Old Joe.  They let him out of the basement to play with his dog and he breaks his foot.   A frail old guy like that needs to be under supervision at the rest home.  He is not going to last six months in the WH before Kantala and the radicals invoked the 25th Amendment.  I feel sorry of the guy.  It is sad.  Like watching Mueller try to figure out where he was during that hearing on the Russian hoax.  Exploiting individuals with obvious dementia is cruel.

And yet that’s what democracy produced. Biden winner, Trump loser. How bad people wanted him out of office they voted for the old guy in the basement. Republicans know that eventually when Texas turns blue it’s curtains. No way they can win electoral college then. Best plan is to try and suppress the vote as much as possible for now. Wonder how many forum members have donated to Donald's latest grift.

Trump strategy is similar to the JFK CTer’s. Both, at least for the more extreme JFK CTers, postulate a large secret conspiracy. Both:

1.   Bring as many arguments as possible. A big emphasis on the number of arguments over the quality of arguments.
2.   Both say the truth of their side is overwhelming. It’s obvious. Anyone is not hopelessly biased or uninformed can see it.
3.   Both make as extreme claims. Not only did Trump have enough votes in the swing states to squeak by, Biden didn’t get anywhere near 80 million votes.
4.   Just as this Biden fraud may take over the country, the JFK assassination managed to allow the conspirators to take over the country, which they still control to this day.

Trump's strategy is pretty simple. Project what you do (or have done) onto your opponents. Play the victim. Lie in order to gaslight to the extreme. Remove the power of the 4th estate eg the "fake news" claim. Thank you Rupert. Always talk about "they" or "them", create an invisible enemy. Attack the intelligentsia, this is a common tactic of authoritarians. Discredit experts by the term "elites" and "deep state".

Many of these same tactics have been employed on smaller groups over the years, Jim Jones or David Koresh anyone?

False. The Trump supporters are much more similar to the CTers.

Let’s look at the blame game. Trump not only blames the Democrats. He also blames Republican candidates for the Senate and House, who went along with the Biden scam, because they would also be guaranteed victory. Who are the main villains in Georgia? Why the Republican Governor and Secretary of State, of course. Evidently, while pretending to be Trump supporters, they are really sabotaging the Election Process, which if investigated honestly, would show that Trump was the real winner. In contrast, President Elect Biden never accuses Democrats of being secret Trump supporters, not even the ones he disagrees with on certain issues. President Elect Biden is a rational man.

In this respect, Trump has much more in common with CTers than LNers. When do LNers accuse each other of being secret CTers? Where it has been common for CTers to accuse each other of working for the coverup. Particularly if Person A dares to criticizes Person’s B pet theory, there is a good chance that Person B will declare that Person A is not just mistaken, but purposely sowing misinformation.

Face it, you just proved my point. Trumpists are akin to Warren apologists. Neither can stray from the script and any variation from the narrative is not tolerated. LN's are in lock step and rush to support a member in need. Any thoughtful analysis that does not fit is either largely ignored or met with a mixture of sarcasm or derision.

Alternatively, you class all who do not accept the official version under a single label Conspiracy Theorist. About as nuanced as Trumpists Cf...left radical socialist or some mixture of those terms. Most in that category do not even subscribe to a particular "theory" from what I have seen but show degrees of scepticism with the Warren version.
