I’ve engaged with Myers on Facebook. It’s a waste of time. He doesn’t ever admit to being wrong, even when he clearly is, and insults people who dare to disagree with him. Much like most of the LNers here.

Of course he will never admit he is wrong, because he has a book to sell and a reputation to protect.

All it does is earn him the reputation of being both dishonest and irrational.

Well what? Your speculation about what Oswald would want is relevant how?

As if you could catch anybody up on anything. You can’t even keep people’s names straight.

Let me catch you up, Slick: No guilty Oswald would parade around in a jacket he was seen wearing
@Tippit.

Proof: He ditched it.

I acknowledged my unforced error and proved that I had many interactions regarding Fritz. Do you need more catching up, Barrister?

Easy. Look at your posting history. You even lie about not being dishonest.

You'll have to point out specific posts, since I see utterly no dishonesty on my part.

Exactly.

And color perception is subjective.

Of course he will never admit he is wrong, because he has a book to sell and a reputation to protect.

Every conspiracy-monger author has a book to sell and a need to be taken seriously.

Where did you get that idea? Bowles clearly states that his zero-base time was arbitrary. He says nothing about when the shots occurred with regard to the accuracy of the clocks, and the shots (at least in his opinion) are not audible on the recording.

There are a lot of things that LN-ers claim “general consensus” on that are not demonstrable.

Bowles clearly states that his zero-base time was arbitrary

Quite the contrary:

From chapter one of Bowles’ report:

By noting the stated times and the duration of messages in the minutes preceding the incident of the open microphone, I have, for practical purposes, fixed the time for the start of the five-minute open mike episode at 12:29:10 p.m. (Channel 1 time).  Time statements broadcast later confirm this as a rational assumption. (See PART II, CHAPTER FIVE for technical details demonstrating this confirmation.)
.
.
.
5. For an accurate, although derived, time reference point, 12:29:10 (Channel 1), the time the mike stuck open, will be developed and used in this text

Definition of derived from the dictionary:

Obtain something from a specified source; (As used in mathematics):
obtain (a function or equation) from another by a sequence of logical steps, for example by differentiation

Definition of arbitrary from the dictionary:

based on random choice or personal whim, rather than any reason or system

You can read the technical details in his report. I have provided his information as to where you can find them. I read them and understand that it is based on an officer witnessing the front of the motorcade passing under the triple underpass immediately after the shooting.

Is it the exact time? No

It is reasonably accurate for practical purposes.

And it is definitely not arbitrary. You are simply wrong. And just like you claim Dale Myers to be, you will not admit it......

Thanks again for your meaningless conjecture.

You didn’t acknowledge squat. The only thing you’ve proven is how careless and incompetent you are.
