There is nothing racist in that fact. If the masks were effective, then they were of very limited effectiveness. The states with the most stringent mask requirements had the highest number of cases and deaths. It was never a solution to the pandemic to wear masks or socially distance. The only real solution was the Trump vaccine. The one that Old Joe and Kamala cast doubt on because it was developed under Trump.
