I do have to give the Dems some credit.  They stumbled on a formula for winning national elections it goes like this:

1)  Find a flawed individual who is willing to say or do anything they are told by the establishment and big money donors.

2)  Keep them from speaking spontaneously.   Limit their appearance to teleprompter events.  No questions or interviews.

3)  Allow the leftist press to make their case and relentlessly attack the opponent with all manner of conspiracy theories and propaganda.

4)  Ballot harvest early votes.

I have to give the Dems more credit.  They have successfully separated the most unpopular VP in history from the disasters that have unfolded over the last four years of the Biden administration.  The media waved a magic wand and - much like COVID - it suddenly disappeared.   They recreated her as though she didn't exist before two weeks ago.   Border Czar?  Never heard of it.  Defund the police?  That's crazy.  Who would ever suggest something that crazy?  Bail out rioters?  She is a strong prosecutor.  George Orwell would be proud of the way that the Dems with the assistance of the media have rewritten history.

Cackln ' Kamala read two speeches exactly word for word off the teleprompter this week at two different appearances.  Like some type of robot.  Imagine if Trump had done that?  She did finally answer one question from the press.  Ironically whether she would ever do an interview.  She said that her goal was to do an interview BEFORE THE END OF THE MONTH but they would have to check with her "staff."  HA HA HA.  One interview this month.  But only if her staff is ok with it.   Likely with an adoring leftist media outlet that gives her the questions in advance.  This is classic USSR-style politics.

Walz's commanding officer confirms that he knew he was going to be deployed when he decided to quit.  So no time machine is required for that one.  Walz left his men after 20 plus years of training in the National Guard knowing they were about to be deployed to combat.  That is simply a fact.  He's a coward.  Also this clip highlights the media bias.  When it becomes clear the speaker is taking issue with CNN"s lies, they suddenly decide he needs to go.

The media bias is how the clip was cropped, leaving out Kamala speaking to reporters and the (vetted from official sources) graphic above. The segment on CNN is 10:27 min; the clip posted by Matt Batzel was 2:45. Doug Julin is the only one I've seen claim his unit was given some form of advance notice in 2004 and a "Warning Order" in February 2005. The verified March 2005 Advance Notice was not even specific to Walz's unit. Julin talks about a meeting in March, then says it was April. Ol' Yeller is still fully behind his Willie Brown helicopter forced landing tale, and this fellow (probably a MAGA supporter) is likewise "conflating" dates and details.

"I was an E9, Master Chief and retired at 30 years. There is absolutely no
requirement for a solder or Sailor to request permissionto retire from his
or her Enlisted supervisor. That is just a courtesy notification. This guy is
just trying to discredit Waltz service. Waltz didn't need permission from this
guy and there are men and women who make choices about when to
retire everyday and the considerations are about what is best for them and
their family. Waltz was completely within his rights to retire when he did."

"This CSM is simply upset that Walz didn't give him the courtesy of informing
him of his retirement.  There is no "protocol" of this CSM  being involved in
the retirement.  That protocol is between the soldier (Walz) and the Adjutant
General of the Minnesota National Guard.   I'm sorry CNN, but you just
wasted people's time with this interview.  And yes, I am a retired regular
     Army soldier."

"This man does not understand it is not his authority to go to him if you
     are retiring."

"If he fell under the stop loss, they could have stopped it? They did not.
They approved and processed his retirement."

"The fact that he’s referring to Walz’s retirement as he “quit” tells me this
is personal and he’s got a bone to pick. Absolutely nobody in the military
     refers to retirement as quitting."

"Trump has bone spurs, Vance wrote press releases. Describe how that gives
the right of this campaign to put down anyone's military service."

This has nothing to do with Trump.  Julian is the "only" person who claimed his unit received advanced notice?  Wow.  He seems like a pretty good source since he was Walz's commanding officer with direct knowledge of the situation.  Are you accusing a man who served honorably of lying?  Are you acknowledging that if this is true that Walz is a coward who deserted his men in the face of deployment to a combat situation?

Cacklin' Kamala is requiring presentation of an ID to attend her rallies but suggests that it is racist to require such to vote.   The hypocrisy is astounding.

How biased is our media?  A Wash Post reporter asked the WH spokesperson yesterday if they would consider intervening to censor the Trump and Musk interview.  Imagine a reporter advocating for censorship.  Anyone believe that guy can write a non-biased news report?

What a piece of work Walz turned out to be.  Even by Dem standards.  In one week, we have learned that he lied about his rank, lied about going to war, deserted his men just before they were deployed into combat, made a derogatory reference to National Guard personnel as "19-year-old cooks" when asked if he would call them up to stop the destruction of cities, traveled to China over 30 times including for his honeymoon.   He makes Dirty Hunter look like John Wayne.  The media is desperately spinning and deflecting to save him.
