Strange, strange find in Moorman Photo...

This is the only copy of the Moorman photo I’ve seen like this one... from a Texas A&M newsletter...
Seems to have a few markings of a gunman at the fence... with hat and scope...
(the 4th image shows some gif enhancements...)

Hi Jake, There is a really great researcher named Rick[his last name escapes me at the moment; I am getting old], who used to call this figure Hatman back in 2013. I do not think Rick had pictures as good as you have posted though. Keep up your awesome work! I think that Hatman could have done the head shot too! Sincerely yours, Michael

not nearly enough foliage coverage to fire a weapon unnoticed

The "head" shapes along the top of the fence were just vertical trunks of bushes. The poor background resolution of the Moorman photo made the vertical morph together to form suggestive shapes.

... but nice try.  ::)

Zapruder and Moorman agree... not foliage... not trunks of bushes...

There were certainly shadows around... and very few people, likely by plan...
But mostly, “out in the open” means a lot less if a gunman has on a police uniform and is displaying a badge and others all around are “in on the plot"...

This gif below is from the Mark Bell Film shown in The Lost Bullet...
The narrator in this National Geographic documentary asks:
"Does this high resolution version reveal the figure of a shooter?"
The gif answers: Most Likely

So, what do we have here?
We have Zapruder, Moorman, and Bell “saying" the very same thing... There was someone - at least one - behind the fence when President Kennedy was assassinated (see 3-image pic at the end of this post)...

I think this one gif can change an LN’r to a CT’r... overnight...

Jake,

It was Ruby behind the fence and murdering JFK. That's why he also killed Oswald because he wanted to kill two birds with one stone but spare the grief of Jackie coming back to Dallas to testify.

Here is the exact moment when the fatal shot was fired. As you can see, he has that smug Jack Ruby smirk on him as he lowers his rifle to admire his handiwork. He knew he scored big on the fatal shot.

And here is a close up of the photo further verifying it was Jack:

And here it is again closer up. There's no doubt. He didn't even bother changing fedoras as it's the same one he wore Sunday when he murdered Oswald on live TV:
