Friends, has anyone here seen this document before?

It has been posted by Mr. Jean Paul Ceulemans on another forum, and I find it intriguing. The source is here: https://texashistory.unt.edu/ark:/67531/metapth190225/m1/22/

The notes unquestionably relate to Mr. Oswald, and contain apparent reference to a polygraph (misspelled 'polograph'------the writer is a poor speller: cf 'arrainment' above!), with topics mentioned
-'Russia'
-'In Mexico'
-'Post Office Box'

(Hard to see how these would be keywords in Mr. Buell Wesley Frazier's polygraph test.........)

Just above this, we have 'Where you when [illegible----to me at any rate! A.F.]"----------> Can anyone make out this last word?

We have always been told Mr. Oswald refused to take a polygraph test..............

'Lt. [Karl P.] Knight'----------Identification Bureau

= the man who took Mr. Oswald from his cell ~12:35 a.m. (11/23) and brought him him down to fourth floor for fingerprinting and mug shots

What a genuinely awesome post.
It's not like there's been pages and pages containing dozens of posts.
Post #1 What does this word say?

And then in swoops Mike to save the day,
Couldn't you be even arsed reading the handful of words contained in this thread?

What I find interesting is that at the top of the page of the document it appears to say:

Search warrant issued on 23rd used
on 22 ---- N. Beckley

What about the bottom of the page, after the stuff about Oswald has been underlined:

Carroll [something] morning
Chief [something]

Carroll Thurs morning

Would this refer to 11/21 or 11/28??
